What electronic money are available in Top Up Electronic Money?

Currently, BNI TapCash and mandiri e-money are supported. BNI TapCash is currently available only on Android devices, while mandiri e-money is available on both Android and iOS devices.

Make sure NFC is enabled on your device to save your card, check your balance, top up, and update your e-money balance.

You can save your card and top up your e-money balance by manually entering your card number.
Balance updates can be done on another device or via an EDC machine.

Top Up BNI TapCash
– Enable the NFC feature on your phone.
– Open the Jenius app.
– Tap your BNI TapCash card on your phone until the card is detected, then select Top Up. Make sure to keep the card attached until the top up process is complete.
– Enter the top up amount or tap one of the available nominal options, then select Next.
– Review the confirmation page, then select Top Up.
– If your card is still attached, wait until the balance update is complete. If not, tap your card again on the back of your phone to update the balance.
– Your BNI TapCash balance has been updated!

Top Up BNI TapCash and save the account
– Enable the NFC feature on your phone.
– Open the Jenius app.
– Tap your BNI TapCash card on your phone until the card is detected.
– Enter the top up amount or tap one of the available nominal options, then select Next.
– Review the confirmation page, then select Top Up.
– If your card is still attached, wait until the balance update is complete. If not, tap your card again on the back of your phone to update the balance.

No. For BNI TapCash, you cannot top up through an Android device without NFC.
