Flexi Rasa Maxi is a program which locks your fund in Flexi Saver. Jenius users who joined the program according to the terms and conditions can choose a locking period (3, 6, or 12 months), amount of placement, and rewards in a form of cashback, pure gold, gadget/electronics, or vehicles.

What is the difference between regular Flexi Saver and Flexi Rasa Maxi?

Regular Flexi Saver: Funds are not locked, you can add funds to the Flexi Saver account, all funds can be moved from Flexi Saver account to Active Balance, and you will get an applicable Flexi Saver interest.

Flexi Rasa Maxi: Funds in this account will be locked for a period of time that you’ve chosen. In return, you will get an upfront reward in a form of cashback, pure gold, or gadget/electronic. The amount locked in this account cannot be moved to Active Balance. During the locking period, you will receive an interest rate of 0% p.a.

What are the benefits of joining Flexi Rasa Maxi?

All Jenius users with an active Jenius account has the chance to get an upfront reward in a form of cashback, pure gold, gadget/electronic, or vehicles after successfully placing and locking funds in Flexi Saver according to the applicable terms and conditions. How can I join and what are the requirements to join this program?

You can join #FlexiRasaMaxi by following these steps:

  1. On the bottom navigation in your Jenius app, choose Wealth.
  2. Scroll down to Savings & Deposits section, then tap the Flexi Rasa Maxi banner.
  3. Choose the Flexi Rasa Maxi offer you want to see the details.
  4. Read the offer details. If it suits you, choose Select.
  5. Choose a fund type (Fresh Fund or Active Balance), locking period that you want, the placement amount available, then choose Next.
  6. Check your Flexi Rasa Maxi Details, then choose Next.
  7. Read and agree to the Flexi Rasa Maxi Terms & Conditions, then choose Create Savings.
  8. Input your Jenius password, then choose Submit.
  9. You’ve successfully created a new Flexi Rasa Maxi! You can view the details from the Flexi Saver page.

To join this program, you have to make a fund placement starting with IDR 10.000.000 with a locking period of 3, 6, or 12 months as long as the program is active.

Am I still entitled to get the Flexi Saver’ flexible interest when participating in #FlexiRasaMaxi program?

When you join the #FlexiRasaMaxi program, the interest on a locked Flexi Saver account will be 0% p.a and is replaced with an upfront reward chosen by you. Once the locking period is over, the Flexi Saver interest will return to the flexible interest following the applicable Flexi Saver interest rate.

Can I join more than 1 Flexi Rasa Maxi program?

Yes. You can participate in more than 1 Flexi Rasa Maxi program available on your Jenius account.

How much savings interest will I get when participating in the program?

Interest for the Flexi Saver locked for the program will be 0% p.a.

When will my Flexi Rasa Maxi funds be locked?

The locking of funds in the Flexi Rasa Maxi program will be done instantly. Once you enter the password as the last step in creating Flexi Rasa Maxi, the funds will be immediately locked. You will also receive a locking confirmation via e-mail registered with Jenius and through push notification.

Can I use existing funds in the Jenius account to join the program?

Existing funds in your Jenius account can be used if you have already participated in Flexi Rasa Maxi and wants to add or extend Flexi Rasa Maxi.

What sources of balance cannot be categorized as fresh funds?

All balance from Jenius or SMBC Indonesia (from Active Balance, existing balances in Flexi Saver, Maxi Saver balances, and funds transferred from other Jenius or SMBC Indonesia accounts) are not categorized as fresh funds.

What are the upfront rewards that I can get in this program?

You can select upfront rewards in the form of cashback, pure gold, gadgets/electronics, or vehicles. For more information about the types of rewards, see the rewards table or as stated on the Jenius application.

How is the process for receiving the rewards?

Rewards will be received upfront (received at the beginning/ after the funds in your Flexi Saver are successfully locked).

Rewards in the form of cashback will be sent directly to your Jenius account at a maximum of 7 working days after the funds in your Flexi Saver have been successfully locked.

Rewards in the form of pure gold and gadgets/electronics will be sent as a unique code to your e-mail and can be exchanged on Blibli’s website or application. Unique code will be sent at a maximum of 15 working days after your Flexi Saver funds have been successfully locked.

Does the unique codes for pure gold, gadget/electronic, and vehicle rewards have an expiration date?

The unique code will expire in 1 year after you received the code via the e-mail registered in Jenius. If you haven’t received a unique code for more than 15 days, please contact JSMBCI Care at 1500 365 or e-mail [email protected].

What will happen if the gadget/electronic and vehicles that I chose as a reward is not available?

Please contact SMBCI Care if the selected reward is not available at Blibli.com.

If you change your mind and want to change the reward to cashback, you can also contact SMBCI Care to change the reward.

How do I withdraw funds that have been locked in Flexi Saver once the program has matured?
  1. On the bottom navigation in your Jenius app, choose Wealth.
  2. Scroll down to Savings & Deposits section, then choose Flexi Saver.
  3. Choose the Flexi Rasa Maxi that you want to disburse.
  4. Choose Finish Flexi Rasa Maxi.
  5. You’ve successfully finished Flexi Rasa Maxi! Your funds will be disbursed to your Active Balance.

If you don’t disburse the funds in #FlexiRasaMaxi after the maturity date, your funds will stay in Flexi Saver with an interest according to the applicable interest rate.

How can I withdraw the funds or cancel participation from the program before the locking period is ending?

You can withdraw your funds early or cancel your participation by contacting SMBCI Care at 1500 365. However, you will be subjected to a penalty according to the terms and conditions that apply (see the penalty table in the Terms and Conditions).

The funds that will be returned to Active Balance would be deducted from the penalty. For details of the penalty amount, see the program Terms and Conditions.

How do I track the shipping status of my rewards exchanged through Blibli?

Rewards delivery status can be seen directly on the Blibli website/application.

Why haven’t I receive an email containing a unique code for exchanging rewards?

A unique code for reward exchange will be sent to your e-mail address registered with Jenius within 15 working days. If you haven’t received a unique code for more than 15 days, contact SMBCI Care at 1500 365 or [email protected] to check your registered e-mail address.

Can I choose a color for rewards in a form of gadget/electronic and vehicles?

No, the color for gadgets/electronics and vehicles will be subject to the availability of goods.

What if I choose pure gold, gadget/electronics or vehicles, but I don’t have a Blibli account?

You will be directed to first create a Blibli account. You can register to Blibli here.

Are there any additional fee or charges for receiving a reward?

You will only need to pay for the delivery fee for the rewards chosen according to the terms and conditions that apply at Blibli.
