Urgent Items helps you pay various bills and online subscriptions on time. Receive automatic reminders for bill payments and online subscriptions based on your payment habit.
You can quickly pay your bills by tapping on the bill payment reminders, and easily top up your Jenius Debit Card by selecting the online subcription reminders to avoid the insufficient funds fee.

On the Home page of your Jenius app, scroll down to find the Urgent Items section.
– Bill payment reminders such as utilities bills, or mobile and data that you’ve made through the Pay Bills feature.
– Online subscription reminders such as movie streaming or music streaming services that you’ve made using Jenius Debit Cards (m-Card, e-Card, and x-Card).
Note:
The reminder will only appear for bills or online subscriptions that you’ve made regularly for at least 2 times.
There are a few possibilites:
1. You haven’t made any bill or online subscription payments regularly for at least 2 times.
2. You’ve completed all bill or online subscription reminders.
3. You haven’t updated your Jenius app to the latest version.
Yes, you can get bill payment reminders on the Urgent Items section in your Jenius app.
In Urgent Items, you can see which bills and online subscriptions you usually pay regularly, so you don’t miss making the payments.

These bill categories can appear on Urgent Items section:
– Credit Card
– Utilities
– Mobile & Data
– Phone Bill
– Transportation
– TV & Internet
– Zakat & Others
Currently, e-Commerce and Transportation can’t appear on Urgent Items section.
Only by making a bill payment with the same bill number/customer number for at least 2 times, Jenius will read your bill payment habit and show the reminder on the Urgent Items section on your next payment schedule.
Example: On 15 June, you purchased mobile credit to 0812345*****. Then, on 15 July, you purchased mobile credit again to the same number. On 15 August, the mobile credit payment reminder will appear on your Urgent Items section.
The bill payment reminder will appear on the Urgent Items section starting from 2 days before the next bill payment schedule. We will also send a push notification to remind you to pay your bills.
1. On the Home page of your Jenius app, scroll down to the Urgent Items section.
2. Find the bill that you’d like to pay by swiping the Urgent Items box, then choose Pay.
3. Enter the detail of your bill payment, then choose Next.
4. Check the confirmation page, then choose Pay Now.
5. You’ve successfully made a bill payment from the Urgent Items section!
Yes, the bill payment reminder will remain on your Urgent Items section for 2 days after the payment due date.
For now, you don’t need to set it up manually. Jenius will automatically detect your regular bill payment habits that fits the Urgent Items criteria, which is bills that you have paid in Jenius regularly for a minimum of 2 times with the same bill number/customer number.
No. The bill will continue to appear on the Urgent Items section for the next 6 months, eventhough you skipped the payment for 1 month.
If you have made 2 consecutive payments, the bill payment reminder will appear on the Urgent Items section for the next 6 months even if you no longer need to pay the bill. To stop all reminders on the Urgent Items section, call Jenius Help at 1500 365.

No. As for now, only reminders for online subscriptions that you usually pay with Jenius Debit Card (m-Card, e-Card, and x-Card) will appear on the Urgent Items section.
The online subscription payment reminder will appear starting from 2 days before the next online subscription payment schedule on the Urgent Items section. We will also send a push notification to remind you to pay your online subscription.
Only by making an online subscription payment to the same account for at least 2 times, Jenius will read your online subscription habit and show the reminder on the Urgent Items section on your next payment schedule.
Example: On 15 June, you made a Netflix streaming service payment. Then, on 15 July, you made the Netflix payment again to the same account. On 15 August, the Netflix payment reminder will appear on your Urgent Items section.
The online subscription payments will still be deducted automatically from your Jenius Debit Card (m-Card, e-Card, or x-Card). The Urgent Items section will only remind you starting from 2 days before the payment date for you to prepare a sufficient balance and avoid insufficient funds fee.
You can move your balance to the card that you use for online subscription payments via the Urgent Items section:
1. On the Home page of your Jenius app, scroll down to the Urgent Items section.
2. Find the online subscription that you’d like to pay by swiping the Urgent Items box, then choose Move Balance.
3. Adjust the source account and the destination account. Make sure you move the balance to the card that you use to pay the online subscription. Input the amount that you want to move, then choose Next.
4. Confirm the balance movement.
5. You’ve successfully moved your balance for the online subscription payment from the Urgent Items section!
Yes, the online subscription payment reminder will remain on your Urgent Items section for 2 days after the payment due date.
