You can activate it right away without submitting an application.
The Jenius Credit Card offer is valid only for selected Jenius users with active Flexi Cash.\
Once you finish activation, you’ll automatically get a virtual card that you can use for online transactions while waiting for the physical card to arrive at your address.
d-Card is the main credit card that you will automatically receive after activation.
After the activation is complete, the virtual d-Card is automatically available in the Jenius application and can immediately be used for online transactions while waiting for the physical card sent to your address. When it arrives, immediately activate the physical card so that the d-Card can be used for offline transactions as well.

To activate the physical card, you need to scan the code printed on the Jenius Credit Card mailer.
If you’ve lost the mailer, follow these steps to activate your physical card:
– Request physical card activation by contacting SMBCI Care at 1500 365.
– Scan the QR code that will be sent to your email.

Quasi-cash transactions are credit card transactions using your Jenius Credit Card that are similar to cash withdrawals, but aren’t direct cash withdrawals. These transactions typically involve the purchase of foreign currency or items that can be easily converted into cash, such as casino chips, cryptocurrency, money orders, lottery tickets, or traveler’s checks. These transactions are identified by their Merchant Category Code (MCC).
Please note that quasi-cash transactions may incur fees and interest charges equivalent to ATM cash withdrawal fees, and they do not earn Yay Points.
Credit limit is a combined limit for Jenius Credit Card and Flexi Cash.
The card that is directly connected to the credit limit is the d-Card. In addition, the use of the s-Card for transactions will automatically reduce the credit limit.
The spending limit is the limit for the s-Card.
No. You can set a spending limit according to your needs.
Yes. The maximum limit for spending is your Jenius Credit Card (d-Card) limit.
The spending limit takes the portion of the Jenius Credit Card (d-Card) limit.
Transactions with s-Card is limited to the pre-set spending limit, which is automatically adjusted by the remaining d-Card limit.
Payment with s-Card will reduce the Jenius Credit Card (d-Card) limit.
Spending limit will reset (the limit you have pre-set) at the beginning of the month, but its usage still depends on the remaining d-Card limit.
The single purchase limit is the limit you set for single purchase with d-Card or s-Card.
If a transaction occurs above the specified limit, the transaction cannot be processed.
Unlike Jenius Debit Card, you cannot set a daily withdrawal limit at ATMs for Jenius Credit Card.
Yet, you can still use your Jenius Credit Card to withdraw cash at an ATM (if the transaction settings are activated) with a cash withdrawal credit limit of 30% of the limit you set for Jenius Credit Card.

Call SMBCI Care at 1500 365 to apply for a limit increase and make sure you have prepared:
1. Supporting documents such as income documents, bank statements for the last 3 months, or Tax Return Report (SPT).
2. NPWP (if the requested limit is above IDR50,000,000).
3. Include the desired increase limit amount and the reason for the credit card limit increase.
4. Make sure your credit card status is active and not blocked.
Limit increases are divided into two types: permanent limit increases and temporary limit increases.
For temporary limit increases, the conditions are as follows:
1. Ensure that the credit card is active.
2. The credit card has been active for more than 6 months since the credit card application was approved.
3. At least one transaction has been made since the credit card application was approved.
4. At the time of application, there are no overdue payments or delinquent status on the account.
5. It has been more than 3 months since the last temporary limit increase.
6. The request must be made by the primary cardholder.
7. At the time of application, the credit card usage is not exceeding the limit (overlimit) and is not currently under a temporary credit limit increase.
8. The temporary limit increase is valid for 60 calendar days. You must settle any excess usage before the temporary limit increase expires. If not, an overlimit fee will be charged.
For permanent limit increases, the conditions are as follows:
1. Permanent limit increases can only be requested by Jenius Credit Card holders.
2. Submit supporting documents such as valid income documents, the last 3 months’ bank statements, or an SPT report.
3. Submit an NPWP if the requested limit exceeds IDR 50,000,000.
4. There are no overdue payments or delinquent status on the Jenius Credit Card at the time of application.
5. The account is not in an overlimit condition or currently receiving a temporary limit increase.
6. The request is not made within 12 months of the last permanent limit increase.
7. The limit increase will be processed within a maximum of 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays).
ou can allocate your Creditbility based on your needs when activating a credit product or after you’ve activated one or more credit products.
Allocating Creditbility during product activation:

– Select the product you want to activate.
– Fill in the required information.
– Set the desired limit for the credit product.

– Go to Credit page.
– Select Creditbility Allocation.
– Set your preferred limit for each product.
– Tap Save and enter your password to confirm.
A feature to convert past transactions into installments.
From the Credit Card menu in the Cards page, tap the Split Pay box in the Credit Card Information section.
From the Transaction menu on your d-Card and s-Card details.
On the Transaction menu, view the transaction history, then find the Installment available marker to find out which transactions can be converted into installments using Split Pay.

Effective 18 August 2025, a fee of IDR20,000 will be charged for each transaction converted into installments with 0% interest. If you convert a transaction into installments with an interest rate above 0% (e.g. 1,75%), no fee will be charged.
Yes. For early repayment, a 3% early payment fee will be charged based on the remaining principal, and this fee will appear on your billing statement.

The monthly installment interest is calculated using the effective interest method (declining balance).
If you convert the transaction into installments with 0% interest, the first installment will be billed on the same date as the conversion date.
If you convert the transaction into installment with an interest rate above 0% (e.g. 1,75%), the first installment will be billed one month after conversion date.
If the installment billing date due on the end of the month (e.g. the 31st), it will also due at the end of the month in the following months (on the 31st, 30th, 29th, or 28th).
– Monthly installments will be billed through credit card monthly billing statement, according to selected tenure.
– Monthly installments billed will be included in the minimum payment calculation.
– If there’s delinquency for more than 3 (three) due dates, the remaining installments will immediately become due and will be billed in full in the billing statement.
– Installments can only be created if your Available Installment Limit is sufficient.
– If your Available Installment Limit is not sufficient, there are several things you can do:
1. If you still have unused limit in Creditbility, you can reallocate the unused limit to Credit Card limit from the Credit Card page. During the process of converting the transaction into installments on the preview page when selecting a tenor, Jenius will help allocate the limit to the Credit Card limit in increments of IDR 100,000 to meet the required Available Installment Limit.
2. If your Creditbility limit has already been allocated to all credit products, you can reallocate the limit from other credit products (like Flexi Cash or Paylater) to the Credit Card.
3. If all your Creditbility limit has been allocated to credit products and fully used, you can request a limit increase through the call center. If your request is approved, you can then allocate the additional limit to your Credit Card.
4. If your limit increase request is denied, you can cancel an existing installment to free up space for a new one.
The billing recap (e-Statement) is automatically available in the Jenius app and sent to your e-mail on every billing date.
The billing date is the date when the Jenius Credit Card monthly bill is printed and sent to the d-Card holder.
Billing statement is printed and sent between 20th ad 26th of each month.
The last date on which the d-Card holder must make a bill payment of at least the minimum payment stated on the billing statement.
There are four ways to pay Jenius Credit Card bills.
Jenius Credit Card bill payment options which enable automatically on the due date according to the payment options (full payment or minimum payment) that have been set.
In order to be debited successfully on the due date, make sure you provide money in the Active Balance according to the payment amount no later than 17.00 WIB.
Jenius will try it again for the next five days or until the minimum payment has been met even if the option you choose is full payment.

What are the terms and conditions for Jenius Credit Card payments via other banks?
– Starting from April 19, 2024, payments of Jenius Credit Card through other banks will incur a service fee of IDR 50,000.
– The service fee is applied to every payment, whether it’s a minimum payment, partial payment, or full payment.
– The service fee payment will be recorded in the Transaction History of the Jenius application and in the billing statement.
– The service fee is not applicable if the payment of Jenius Credit Card is made through the Jenius app.

– Categories are grouped based on the Visa Merchant Category Code (MCC) set by the acquiring bank that provides the EDC.
– You can change your Double Yay category once per month after your billing date.
– If no category is selected, all domestic transactions will earn Yay Points under normal conditions.
Currently, online transactions on Indonesian marketplaces do not earn Double Yay because their transaction mechanisms don’t meet the bank’s internal criteria. You’ll be informed once new mechanisms are in place.
Double Yay points are automatically awarded if your transaction meets the criteria. Currently, Double Yay is granted by awarding the normal point amount twice. You can check your point history by:
