$Cashtag is a new identity for your account number. With $Cashtag, transaction will be easier and sending/receiving money will be faster.
Where can I see my $Cashtag?
You can see your $Cashtag at the top left corner of the Home page in your Jenius app.
Can I change my $Cashtag?
Yes, you can, as long the new $Cashtag you want is still available. Follow these steps:
1. On the Home page of your Jenius app, tap your profile picture on the top left corner of the screen to go to the Profile page.
2. Tap the gear icon on the top right corner of the page.
3. Change your $Cashtag on the $Cashtag field.
4. Choose Save.
5. Input your Jenius password, then choose Submit.
If you do this, all of Jenius users will automatically update the contact list with your new $Cashtag.
Can $Cashtag be used for transfer to other bank?
No, it cannot. $Cashtag can only be used for money transfer among Jenius users.
