How can I get a voucher?

There are 3 ways to get a voucher in Jenius:
– Claim free-to-claim vouchers that are available on Catalog on the Vouchers page.
– Redeem Yay Points to vouchers that are available on Catalog on the Vouchers page.
– You may get some vouchers like the Jenius Credit Card installement vouchers without having to claim it first.

How do I claim a free voucher?

1. On the Home page of your Jenius app, tap the Your Rewards box.
2. On Summary, choose Vouchers.
3. Choose Catalog.
4. Chose the category of the voucher that you want.
5. Choose the voucher with the “Free” label that you want, then choose Claim.
6. Read the details and the terms & conditions of the voucher, then choose Claim.
7. Input your Jenius password, then choose Submit.
8. Voucher has been successfully claimed! View the voucher you’ve claimed and how to use it on Yours.

How do I use a free-to-claim voucher that I’ve already claimed?

Once the free-to-claim voucher is successfully claimed, you can immediately make a transaction according to the terms & conditions and the voucher usage instructions. If everything meets the requirements, the voucher will be automatically applied and you’ll receive the cashback shortly.

1. On the Home page of your Jenius app, tap the Your Rewards box.
2. On Summary, choose Vouchers.

You can claim all vouchers with the “Free” label available on Catalog on the Vouchers page as long as the voucher is still valid and the quota is still available.

Why can’t I claim a free-to-claim voucher?

There are several possible reasons and solutions if you’re unable to claim a free-to-claim voucher:

– Your free claim quota has been used up: Use the free-to-claim vouchers you’ve already claimed so you can claim new ones.
– The voucher quota has been fully used: You can claim a different voucher or try claiming the same one at a later time if it’s still available.
– Connection issues: Make sure you’re connected to the internet, then try again after a short while.

Is there a maximum number of free-to-claim vouchers I can claim?

Yes. The maximum number of free-to-claim vouchers you can claim at one time is 3 vouchers. Your free claim quota will be restored once the claimed free-to-claim vouchers are either used or have expired.

Is there an validity period for the free-to-claim voucher I’ve claimed?

Yes. The validity period of a claimed free-to-claim voucher may vary depending on each program. You can view this information in the voucher details when you’re about to claim it.

What happens if I don’t use the claimed voucher before it expires?

If a claimed voucher is not used before its expiration date, it will expire and can no longer be used.

Can I claim my expired voucher again?

You can claim the expired voucher again as long as the voucher is still available on Catalog on the Vouchers page.

Will I still get cashback if I make a transaction at a participating merchant but haven’t claimed the voucher yet?

Unfortunately, no. You must claim the voucher first in order to receive cashback from your transaction at a participating merchant.

When will I receive cashback from the free-to-claim voucher?

After making a transaction according to the claimed voucher’s usage instructions and terms & conditions, you will receive the cashback within the time specified in the voucher’s terms & conditions.

Once the cashback has been successfully sent, the status of your voucher will change to Used.

Where will I receive the cashback?

Cashback will be sent to your Cash Cow account or according to the specific terms of each voucher.

If the voucher applies to a transaction made with the Jenius Credit Card, when will I receive the cashback?

After making a transaction with your Jenius Credit Card according to the voucher’s usage instructions and terms & conditions, you will receive the cashback once your transaction is settled, within the time specified in the voucher’s terms & conditions.

Once the cashback has been successfully sent, the status of your voucher will change to Used.

If my transaction is only settled after the voucher’s validity period ends, will I still receive the cashback?

Yes, as long as the transaction is made within the voucher’s validity period.

How do I redeem Yay Points to voucher?

1. On the Home page of your Jenius app, tap the Your Rewards box.
2. On Summary, choose Vouchers.
3. Choose Catalog.
4. Chose the category of the voucher that you want.
5. Choose the voucher with the Yay Points label that you want, then choose Redeem.
6. Choose the available redemption amount, read the information and terms & conditions of the voucher, then choose Next.
7. Review the redemption details. If it’s correct, choose Redeem.
8. Input your Jenius password, then choose Submit.
9. You’ve successfully redeemed Yay Points to voucher! View the voucher and how to use it on Yours.

How do I use a voucher that I’ve already redeemed from Yay Points?

1. On the Home page of your Jenius app, tap the Your Rewards box.
2. On Summary, choose Vouchers.
3. On Yours, choose the free voucher that you’d like to use, then choose Use.
4. Read how to use voucher, then choose Use Voucher.

Note: For some vouchers, you will be redirected to a third party website. Once the code is revealed, show the code to the cashier at an eligible outlet, or input the code for online transctions according to the voucher’s usage guide before it expires.

– After you’ve opened the voucher code, the validity period changes to 2 days since the first time the voucher code was opened.

I’ve opened the voucher code, but haven’t used it for transactions. Can I still view the voucher code again?

My Yay Points have been deducted, but the voucher does not appear on Yours on the Voucher page. What should I do?

No. Yay Points that has been redeemed to vouchers cannot be refunded, including if the voucher expires before you use it.
