Top Up e-Wallet is a feature that allows you to top up and manage dozens of e-wallets and electronic money in 1 place.

Where to find Top Up e-Wallet on Jenius app?

There are two ways to find Top Up e-Wallet on Jenius app.

From Home page.
Choose Pay & Top Up, then tap Top up e-Wallet.

From Menu page.
Choose Top Up e-Wallet.

What e-wallets are available in Top Up e-Wallet?

– Gopay.
– OVO.
– DANA.
– LinkAja.
– ShopeePay.

I never used Top Up e-Wallet, how to top up e-wallet from Home page?

There are 2 ways to top up your e-Wallet:

A. From the Home page
1. On the Home page of your Jenius app, tap Pay & Top Up.
2. Select Top Up e-Wallet.
3. Choose the e-Wallet provider, enter the mobile number linked to the e-Wallet account, then tap Next.
4. Enter the top up amount or select one of the available nominal options, then tap Next.
5. Review the confirmation page, then tap Top Up.
6. Your e-Wallet top up is successful!

B. From the Menu page
1. Tap Menu on the bottom navigation bar of your Jenius app.
2. Scroll to the Pay & Top Up section, then select Top Up e-Wallet.
3. Choose the e-Wallet provider, enter the mobile number linked to the e-Wallet account, then tap Next.
4. Enter the top up amount or select one of the available nominal options, then tap Next.
5. Review the confirmation page, then tap Top Up.
6. Your e-Wallet top up is successful!

How to top up an e-wallet that has already been saved in e-Wallet?

1. On the Home page of your Jenius app, select Pay & Top Up, then select Top Up e-Wallet. Alternatively, select Menu in the bottom navigation of the screen, then select Top Up e-Wallet in the Pay & Top Up section.
2. Slide the e-Wallet menu tab to the Saved section
3. Select the appropriate e-Wallet.
3. Enter the top up amount, then select Next.
4. Review the confirmation page, then select Top Up.
5. Your e-Wallet top up is successful!

Beside my account, can I top up someone else’s e-wallet in Top Up e-Wallet?

Yes. Beside your e-Wallets, you can also top up other people’s e-Wallets using the account’s registered mobile number.

Is there a transaction fee when I top up e-wallet and e-money in e-Wallet Center? If there is a fee, how much does it cost?

The transaction fees for when you top up e-Wallet and electronic money through as follows:

e-Wallet top up transaction fees:
– GoPay: IDR2,000.
– OVO: Free of charge.
– DANA: Free of charge.
– LinkAja: IDR5,000.
– ShopeePay: IDR2,000.

Top up electronic money transaction fees:
– BNI TapCash: IDR1,500.
– mandiri e-money: IDR1,500.

The fees above will be applicable from 23 January 2026, and are valid for all Awards level on Jenius app.

What is the difference between an admin fee and a transaction fee when topping up an e-wallet or electronic money?

An admin fee is deducted from the top-up amount received in your provider account. A transaction fee, on the other hand, is charged during the transaction process and will be displayed before you complete the transaction.

Example:
If you top up your OVO account with IDR 100,000, the balance you receive in your OVO account will be IDR 99,500 after the IDR 1,500 admin fee is deducted.

Is there an admin fee when I top up ShopeePay in e-Wallet Center?  If yes, what are the differences between admin fee and transaction fee?

Currently, every ShopeePay top-up made through Jenius will incur a transaction fee of IDR2,000 charged by Jenius which is subject to change. The amount you receive in your ShopeePay balance will be reduced accordingly.

What is the limit per transaction for e-wallet and e-money top up in e-Wallet Center?

Minimum limit per e-wallet transaction.
– GoPay: IDR10,000.
– OVO: IDR10,000.
– DANA: IDR100,000.
– LinkAja: IDR10,001.
– ShopeePay: IDR100,000.
– M-Tix: IDR100.000.

Minimum limit per e-money transaction.
– BNI TapCash: IDR10,000.
– mandiri e-money : IDR20,000.

Maximum limit per transaction with e-Wallet Center:
– DANA, LinkAja, ShopeePay, M-Tix, BNI TapCash and mandiri e-money are IDR1,500,000.
– GoPay and OVO are IDR2,000,000.

Note: make sure the top up nominal does not exceed the maximum balance of your e-wallet and e-money.

What is the daily transaction limit in e-Wallet Center?

You can transfer a maximum of IDR250,000,000 per day through Top Up e-Wallet. The maximum balance limit depends on the policy of the e-Wallet you are using.

Beside Active Balance, are there other source accounts to top up e-wallet or e-money in e-Wallet Center?

Currently, you can only use Active Balance to top up your e-wallet or e-money in e-Wallet Center.

If I top up my e-wallet or e-money in e-Wallet Center, will the balance be added immediately? (real time)

Depending on the process on the recipient, it may take some time (1-3 minutes) for the e-wallet balance to increase.

To add money to your e-money balance, you must tap the card on the back of your smartphone. So make sure you use a smartphone that has the NFC feature.

How do I know if my e-wallet or e-money top up in e-Wallet Center has been successful?

You can find out by checking the status of e-wallet or e-money top up transactions in In & Out.

Will I get a proof of transaction when my e-wallet or e-money top up in e-Wallet Center has been successful?

Yes. You will get a proof of an electronic transaction in PDF form that can be saved or sent via chat applications.

Will transactions in e-Wallet Center be recorded in In & Out?

Yes. Every time you top up your e-wallet or e-money in e-Wallet Center, it will be recorded in In & Out and listed as the Top Up e-Wallet category.

Can I set top up time and frequency in e-Wallet Center?

No. Unlike Send It, you cannot set the time and frequency of top up e-wallet or e-money with the e-Wallet Center.

My e-wallet or e-money top up has failed, but my balance has already been deducted. What should I do?

You can contact Jenius Help at 1500 365 and prepare the following information.
– Mobile number registered in the e-wallet.
– The name registered in the Jenius account.
– The date and amount of the transaction.

How long does it take to process a refund?

The refund process may take up to 7 working days.

How many e-wallet and electronic money can be saved in Top Up e-Wallet?

You can save up to 10 accounts for each type of e-wallet and e-money.

How to save e-wallet in Top Up e-Wallet?

-Go to the Top Up e-Wallet.
– Select the e-Wallet you want to top up, then enter the phone number.
– Tap Check next to the phone number to verify it.
– If the number is registered with the e-Wallet provider but has not been saved in Jenius, the Save e-Wallet option will appear.
– Turn on the Save e-Wallet toggle.
– Enter the top-up amount, then continue with the transaction as usual.
– Once the transaction is successful, the e-Wallet will be automatically saved and can be used again for future transactions.

How to change e-wallet name that has already been saved in Top Up e-Wallet?

– On the bottom navigation of your Jenius app, choose Menu, then choose Top Up e-Wallet.
– Choose menu “Saved” Tab
– Choose e-Wallet you want.
– Choose Edit.
– Enter the new name, then choose Save.
– Your e-Wallet name has been successfully changed!

How to delete e-wallet that has already been saved in Top Up e-Wallet?

– On the bottom navigation of your Jenius app, choose Menu, then choose Top Up e-Wallet.
– Choose menu “”saved”” tab.
– Choose e-Wallet you want.
– Choose Delete.
– Continue the process by choosing Delete e-Wallet.
– Your e-Wallet has been removed!

Can I change the order of saved e-Wallet accounts in Top Up e-Wallet? How to change it?

Yes. Here’s how:
1. On the bottom navigation of your Jenius app, choose Menu, then choose Top Up e-Wallet.
2. Choose menu Saved tab.
3. Choose Arrange Order.
3. Tap and hold the three-line icon, then drag it to your desired order.
4. Once done, choose Save.
5. You’ve successfully changed the order of saved e-Wallet!

Can I see the total balance of e-Wallet in Top Up e-Wallet?

No. You cannot see the total balance of e-Wallet in Top Up e-Wallet.
