Who can participate in Play & Yay! missions?

All Jenius users can participate in Play & Yay!. Check the available missions for you on the Play & Yay! page.

Where can I access Play & Yay!?

– On the Home page of your Jenius app, scroll down to the Missions for You section.
– Under the Mission tab on the Your Rewards page.

How do I view ongoing missions?

There are 2 ways to view ongoing Play & Yay! missions:

A. From the Home page
1. On the Home page in your Jenius app, scroll down to the Missions for You section. Swipe right and left to view ongoing missions. You can also select View all to go to the Play & Yay! page.
2. On the Play & Yay page, select the Ongoing tab to view ongoing missions.

B. From Your Rewards
1. On the Home page in your Jenius app, tap Your Rewards.
2. Select the Missions tab.
3. Select View all.
4. On the Play & Yay! page, select the Ongoing tab to view ongoing missions.

How do I participate in the Play & Yay! mission?

You can participate in Play & Yay! missions by doing activities, such as making transactions, according to the Terms & Conditions of each mission. You can see the details on the Mission Details page.

How do I see mission details?

1. On the Home page in your Jenius app, scroll down to the Missions for You section. Swipe right and left to view ongoing missions. Then, select View Details. You can also select View all to view all ongoing missions, then tap a mission that you want to view.
2. On the Mission Details page, you can view the mission period, mission terms & conditions, the reward that you’ll get, and your mission progress.

Does every mission has a period?

Yes, each mission has a mission period. You can find the information about the start date and end date on the Play & Yay! page and on Mission Details page.

How do I view completed missions?

1. On the Home page in your Jenius app, scroll down to the Missions for You section, then select View all. You can also tap Your Rewards on the Home page, select the Mission tab, then select View all.
2. On the Play & Yay! page, select the Completed tab.
3. Tap a completed mission to view its details.

Are there any fees charged for claiming Play & Yay! rewards?

There are no fees charged for claiming Play & Yay! rewards. You only need to complete the mission through activities like transactions and claim the rewards in the Jenius app.

What missions are currently available on Play & Yay!?

Currently, you can participate in Yay Stickers collection missions in Play & Yay!.

What are Yay Stickers?

Yay Stickers are stickers you can collect by participating in Play & Yay! missions. If you can collect all Yay Stickers, you can claim rewards.

How many Yay Stickers do I need to collect to complete the mission?

The number of Yay Stickers needed to complete the mission varies. You can see the details on the Mission Details page.

How do I collect Yay Stickers?

You can collect Yay Stickers by making transactions according to the mission Terms & Conditions which you can see on the Mission Details page.

Do I need to register before I can collect Yay Stickers from my transactions?

No. During the mission period, every transaction that complies with the mission Terms & Conditions will immediately get Yay Stickers without you needing to register first.

How many Yay Stickers can I collect in 1 day?

You can collect 1 Yay Stickers per day in the same mission or as stated on the Mission Details page.

Once I have successfully collected all the Yay Stickers, will the rewards be received immediately?

Once you’ve collected all the Yay Stickers you need to complete the mission, you’ll have to claim your rewards first. Rewards will be sent after you successfully claim the rewards before the claim period ends.

How do I claim rewards from missions?

After collecting all Yay Stickers needed to complete a mission, you can claim the reward in 3 ways:

A. From the Home page
1. On the Home page in your Jenius app, scroll down to the Missions for You section. Swipe right or left to find the mission which Yay Stickers you’ve collected fully, then select Claim Your Rewards!.
2. Reward successfully claimed! You’ll be notified once the reward has been sent.

B. From Your Rewards
1. On the Home page of your Jenius app, tap Your Rewards.
2. Select Missions.
3. Select View all.
4. On the Play & Yay! page, find the mission which Yay Stickers you’ve collected fully, then select Claim Your Rewards!.
5. Reward successfully claimed! You’ll be notified once the reward has been sent.

Notes: If the mission period has ended, you can only claim the reward from the claim rewards box on the Play & Yay! page until the next 7 days.

After claiming the rewards, where will the mission rewards be sent?

When can I claim my rewards the latest?

You can claim your rewards up to 7 days after the mission period ends.

For example, if the mission period ends on July 31, then your last day you can claim the reward is on August 7 at 23:59 WIB.

What happens if I don’t claim a reward until the reward claim period ends?

The reward will expire if you do not claim it until the claim period ends.
