Where to find Pay Bills feature?

There are two ways to find Pay Bills feature.

From Home.
Choose Send & Pay, then tap Pay Bills.

From Mobius Button.
Choose Pay Bills.

Beside Active Balance, are there other options for paying bills with Jenius?

No. Currently, you can only use Active Balance as a source of funds to pay bills.

Can bill payments with Jenius be converted into installments?

Yes. You can use Split Pay to convert bill payments from IDR500,000 (except Zakat & Others) into installments.

This feature is only available for you who already have Flexi Cash.

What bills can I pay with Jenius?

There are 9 categories in Pay Bills:

What e-Commerce bills can be paid with Jenius?

Currently, you can only pay Finpay bill.

– Input biller ID, then choose Next.
– Check payment amount, then choose Next.

What credit card bills can be paid with Jenius?

You can pay 13 credit card bills with Jenius:
– Bank Mega credit card.
– BRI credit card.
– Bukopin credit card.
– CIMB Niaga credit card.
– Citibank credit card.
– HSBC credit card.
– ICBC credit card.
– Maybank credit card.
– OCBC NISP credit card.
– Panin credit card.
– Permata credit card.

Is there transaction fee when paying credit card bills from another bank through Jenius app?

Yes. Start from 1 July 2024, a transaction fee of credit card bill payments from another bank will be charged for IDR 5,000 for each payment.

– On Home, choose Send & Pay.
– Choose Pay Bills.
– Choose Credit Card.
– Choose credit card that you want to pay.
– Input credit card number.
– Input payment amount, then choose Next.

What electricity bills can be paid with Jenius?

Yes. Jenius provides two electricity payment options for you:
– PLN Prepaid.
– PLN Postpaid.

How to pay PLN Prepaid with Jenius?

– On Home, choose Send & Pay.
– Choose Pay Bills.
– Choose Utilities.
– Choose PLN Prabayar.
– Input customer ID/meter number, then choose Next.
– Choose token nominal, then choose Next.
– Review the confirmation page, then choose Pay Now.

After I purchase electricity token with Jenius, how to find the token numbers?

– On Home, choose the bell icon on the upper right screen.
– Choose Info.
– Choose the View Token on your PLN Prepaid purchase notification.

Aside from Notification, you can also find your electricity token numbers in e-mail.

How to pay PLN Postpaid with Jenius?

– On Home, choose Send & Pay.
– Choose Pay Bills.
– Choose Utilities.
– Choose PLN Pascabayar.
– Input customer ID, then choose Next.
– Check payment amount, then choose Next.
– Review the confirmation page, then choose Pay Now.

Is there a transaction fee if I pay my electricity bills with Jenius?

Yes. Electricity payments with Jenius app are subject to a transaction fee of IDR1,500. From 1 July 2024 onward, the transaction fee of electricity payment will be IDR 2,000.

Can I pay my water bill with Jenius?

Yes. Jenius provides bill payment for PAM Jaya and PDAM Kota Semarang.

How to pay the water bill with Jenius?

– On Home, choose Send & Pay.
– Choose Pay Bills.
– Choose Utilities.
– Choose water companies you want to pay.
– Input customer ID, then choose Next.
– Check payment amount, then choose Next.
– Review the confirmation page, then choose Pay Now.

Can I pay my vehicle loan with Jenius?

Yes. Jenius provides two vehicle loan payments:
– OTO Kredit Motor.
– OTO Kredit Mobil.

How to pay vehicle loan with Jenius?

– On Home, choose Send & Pay.
– Choose Pay Bills.
– Choose Multifinance.
– Choose OTO Kredit Motor or OTO Kredit Mobil.
– Input customer ID, then choose Next.
– Check payment amount, then choose Next.
– Review the confirmation page, then choose Pay Now.

Can I buy mobile phone credit with Jenius?

Yes. Jenius provides mobile phone credits from Tri, Indosat Ooredoo, Smartfren, XL, and Telkomsel.

How to buy mobile credit with Jenius?

– On Home, choose Send & Pay.
– Choose Pay Bills.
– Choose Mobile & Data.
– Input mobile number or choose from contact list, then choose Next.
– Choose mobile credit, then choose Next.
– Review the confirmation page, then choose Pay Now.

Is there a transaction fee if I buy mobile credit with Jenius?

Can I buy data packages with Jenius?

Yes. Jenius provides data packages from XL and Telkomsel.

How to buy data packages with Jenius?

1. On the Home page, choose Send & Pay.
2. Choose Pay Bills.
3. Choose Mobile & Data.
4. Input mobile number or choose from contact list, then choose Next.
5. Choose the Data menu.
6. Choose the data package you want, then choose Next.
7. Review the confirmation page, then choose Pay Now.

For Telkomsel users, you can buy #HematLengkap package for Telkomsel data package or digital products by following these steps:

1. On the Home page, choose Send & Pay.
2. Choose Pay Bills.
3. Choose Mobile & Data.
4. Input a Telkomsel mobile number or choose from contact list, then choose Next.
5. Choose the Check out #HematLengkap package just for you! box.
6. Choose #HematLengkap package or Data & Digital that you want to see the details, then choose Beli.
7. Review the confirmation page, then choose Pay Now.

Can I buy packages other than mobile credit and data package with Jenius?

Can I pay the phone bill with Jenius?

Yes. Jenius provides payment bills for 3 (Three), Indosat Ooreedoo, Kartu Halo (Telkomsel), Smartfren, Telkom, and XL Prioritas.

How to pay phone with Jenius?

– On Home, choose Send & Pay.
– Choose Pay Bills.
– Choose Phone Bill.
– Input phone number, then choose Next.
– Check payment amount, then choose Next.

Can I pay train tickets with Jenius?

Yes. You can pay Kereta Api Indonesia tickets with Jenius.

– Input ticket number, then choose Next.
– Check payment amount, then choose Next.
– Review the confirmation page, then choose Pay Now.

Can I pay TV and internet bills with Jenius?

Yes. Jenius provides payment bills for First Media, Indihome, MNC Vision, MyRepublic, and Transvision.

How to pay TV and internet bills with Jenius?

– On Home, choose Send & Pay.
– Choose Pay Bills.
– Choose TV & Internet.
– Choose provider you want to pay.
– Input customer ID, then choose Next.
– Check payment amount, then choose Next.
– Review the confirmation page, then choose Pay Now.

Can I pay zakat, infaq, and sadaqah with Jenius?

Yes. Jenius partner up with three institutions (badan amil) to distribute zakat, infaq, sadaqah, waqf, and scholarships: BAZNAS, Dompet Dhuafa, and Rumah Zakat.

How to pay zakat, infaq, and sadaqah with Jenius?

– On Home, choose Send & Pay.
– Choose Pay Bills.
– Choose Zakat & Others
– Choose foundation/institution (badan amil).
– Choose zakat, infaq, sadaqah, waqf, or scholarship.
– Choose donation type.
– Input the amount then choose Next.
– Review the confirmation page, then choose Pay Now.

Can I pay qurban with Jenius?

Yes. Every Eid al-Adha, Jenius collaborates with BAZNAS, Dompet Dhuafa, and Rumah Zakat to distribute qurban.

What types of qurban are available in Jenius?

There are dozens of qurban types, including goats (standard, medium, premium), sheep, and cows (1 and 1/7 cow).

For Superqurban by Rumah Zakat, qurban meat is packed in the form of canned corned beef or rendang.

How to pay qurban with Jenius?

– On Home, choose Send & Pay.
– Choose Pay Bills.
– Choose Zakat & Others.
– Choose institution (badan amil).
– Choose Qurban.
– Choose qurban type.
– Choose qurban quantity, input participant name, then choose Next.
– Review the confirmation page, then choose Pay Now.

Aside from Home, you can also tap Pay Bills on Mobius Button.

Is qurban’s participant name mandatory?

Yes. You have to input the participant’s name because it will be mentioned when slaughtering the cattle and written on qurban certificate.

You can donate qurban on behalf of yourself or someone else.

Will I get a share of my qurban meat if I donate qurban via Jenius?

Yes, but only applicable for Superqurban at Rumah Zakat. If you choose Superqurban, you’ll get 1/3 qurban meat in the form of canned corned beef or rendang delivered to your address.

Please note that you must confirm your donation via WhatsApp to Rumah Zakat to get your qurban meat.

How can I get info or reports on my qurban?

You can get info or the donation report by confirming your payment to the foundation/institution (badan amil).

This report includes qurban certificate, qurban info, qurban recipients, and photo documentation. You may confirm your payment here.

You can also get a donation report for zakat, infaq, or sadaqah.

How to confirm my payment to the foundation/institution (badan amil)?

After your transaction is successful, you will receive a notification to confirm. Make sure you open the notification so we can direct you to a page that contains instructions for sending confirmations.

BAZNAS
1. Prepare your e-receipt that you can download from In & Out, specifically from History.
2. Send e-receipt, mobile number, and e-mail to BAZNAS via WhatsApp.
3. BAZNAS will send notification via WhatsApp/e-mail when your qurban will be slaughtered.
4. You will receive donation report and qurban certificate 14 days after Eid al-Adha.

Dompet Dhuafa
1. Prepare your e-receipt that you can download from In & Out, specifically from History.
2. Fill out Dompet Dhuafa confirmation form here.
3. In the form, select the delivery method you want (by e-mail or deliver to your address).
4. Dompet Dhuafa will send notification via SMS about payment confirmation, qurban slaughtering info, location, and distribution.
5. You will receive donation report and qurban certificate 45 days after Eid al-Adha.

Rumah Zakat
1. Prepare your e-receipt that you can download from In & Out, specifically from History.
2. Send e-receipt, mobile number, and e-mail to Rumah Zakat via WhatsApp.
3. Rumah Zakat will send notification via WhatsApp or e-mail about payment confirmation, qurban slaughtering info, location, and distribution.
4. You will receive donation report and qurban certificate max. 30 days after Eid al-Adha.

Is there a deadline for payment confirmation?

Yes. Each foundation/institution (badan amil) has a different deadline. To be safe, please confirm your payment immediately.

BAZNAS
The deadline is on Eid al-Adha. If you pass the deadline, you won’t get a donation report and qurban certificate.

Dompet Dhuafa
The deadline is on Eid al-Adha at 12.00 pm. If you pass the deadline, you won’t get a donation report and qurban certificate.

Rumah Zakat
The deadline is 3 days after Eid al-Adha at 12.00 pm. If you pass the deadline, you won’t get 1/3 qurban meat (only for Superqurban).

If I don’t confirm my payment to the foundation/institution (badan amil), will my payment still be accepted?

Yes. Your donation payment will still be accepted even though you don’t do the confirmation.

This confirmation is optional, but we strongly recommend that you do it because you have the right to get information transparently and comprehensively.

Can I save bill payments that have been paid?

Yes. Jenius provides Save bill option for a quick and easy bill payment.

How to save bills in Jenius?

Pay your bills as usual, and activate the Save bill button on the payment page. Once the button is active, name your bill.

Where to find bills that I have saved?

All bills that you save can be found in the Saved menu.

To find them, follow these steps:
– On Home, choose Send & Pay.
– Choose Pay Bills.
– Choose Saved.

Aside from Home, you can also tap Pay Bills on Mobius Button.

Can I change the bill name that I have saved?

Currently, you can’t change the bill name you saved.

How to delete my saved bill?

– On Home, choose Send & Pay.
– Choose Pay Bills.
– Choose Saved.
– Tap the three dots button on the bill you want to delete, then choose Delete Bill.

Aside from Home, you can also tap Pay Bills on Mobius Button.

I already have bills saved in Favorites, will they appear in Saved?

Yes. If you previously had a bill in your Favorites list, it will go to Saved automatically.

You don’t need to re-save bills that you’ve put in your Favorites.

What’s the difference between Favorites and Saved?

Favorites is a list previously available when Pay Bills was integrated with Send It feature. As you know, Favorites contains $Cashtags, account numbers, and bills.

Saved is specifically for bills you want to save. This list is for bills only; no more $Cashtag and account numbers in it.

Can I get bill payment reminders in Jenius?

Yes, you can get bill payment reminders on the Urgent Items section in your Jenius app.

What is Urgent Items?

In Urgent Items, you can see which bills and online subscriptions you usually pay regularly, so you don’t miss making the payments.

What kind of bills can appear on Urgent Items?

These bill categories can appear on Urgent Items section:
– Credit Card
– Utilities
– Mobile & Data
– Phone Bill
– Transportation
– TV & Internet
– Zakat & Others

Currently, e-Commerce and Transportation can’t appear on Urgent Items section.

How do I get bill payment reminders on the Urgent Items section?

Only by making a bill payment with the same bill number/customer number for at least 2 times, Jenius will read your bill payment habit and show the reminder on the Urgent Items section on your next payment schedule.

Example: On 15 June, you purchased mobile credit to 0812345*****. Then, on 15 July, you purchased mobile credit again to the same number. On 15 August, the mobile credit payment reminder will appear on your Urgent Items section.

When will the bill payment reminder appear on the Urgent Items section?

The bill payment reminder will appear on the Urgent Items section starting from 2 days before the next bill payment schedule. We will also send a push notification to remind you to pay your bills.

How do I make bill payments from the Urgent Items section?

1. On the Home page of your Jenius app, scroll down to the Urgent Items section.
2. Find the bill that you’d like to pay by swiping the Urgent Items box, then choose Pay.
3. Enter the detail of your bill payment, then choose Next.
4. Check the confirmation page, then choose Pay Now.
5. You’ve successfully made a bill payment from the Urgent Items section!

If the payment due date has passed, will the bill payment reminder still appear on my Urgent Items section?

Yes, the bill payment reminder will remain on your Urgent Items section for 2 days after the payment due date.

Do I have to manually set up which bill payment reminders I want to see on Urgent Items?

For now, you don’t need to set it up manually. Jenius will automatically detect your regular bill payment habits that fits the Urgent Items criteria, which is bills that you have paid in Jenius regularly for a minimum of 2 times with the same bill number/customer number.

If I skip a payment for 1 month, will the bill stop appearing on the Urgent Items section?

No. The bill will continue to appear on the Urgent Items section for the next 6 months, eventhough you skipped the payment for 1 month.

If I no longer need to pay the bill on Urgent Items, will the bill still appear there?

If you have made 2 consecutive payments, the bill payment reminder will appear on the Urgent Items section for the next 6 months even if you no longer need to pay the bill. To stop all reminders on the Urgent Items section, call Jenius Help at 1500 365.

Do you need information about products and features?
