Yes. Your donation payment will still be accepted even though you don’t do the confirmation.

Yes. You can pay taxes through the Jenius application. Open the Pay Bills/Virtual Account menu, tap SBN & Public Services, then select Tax & Stamp Duty. Enter the billing code from the relevant tax directorate to pay the bill.
Through the Jenius application, you can pay taxes managed by the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP), namely:

– Sales Tax on Luxury Goods (PPnBM)

Yes. You can pay non-tax Public Services through the Jenius application, such as passport fees, KUA fees, e-tickets, PNBP, and SBN.
You just need to open the Pay Bills menu, tap SBN & Public Services, then select the menu that suits your needs. Enter the billing code from the relevant agency to pay the bill.
Through the Jenius application, you can pay bills from the Directorate General of Budget (DJA), such as:
– Passport fees
– Wedding fees
– Driver’s license renewal fees
– Traffic ticket fines
– and other bills managed by DJA
You can also pay bills from the purchase of State Securities (SBN) from the SBN menu, as well as Non-Tax Public Services (PNBP) from the PNBP menu.
To pay Public Services through the Jenius application, do the following:
– Open the Jenius application
– Tap the blue Mobius button in the middle of the bottom navigation bar
– Select Pay Bills/Virtual Account
– Select SBN & Public Services
– Select the type of Public Services you want to pay
– Enter the billing code and click Next
– If the billing code is correct, check the bill that appears on the screen and tap Next
– Make sure the Active Balance is sufficient, and tap Pay
– Enter password and tap Submit
You will receive a notification and email when the payment is successful.
A billing code is a code used to deposit or pay bills from Public Services, both in the form of taxes and non-taxes. If you have a billing code, you can pay the bill through the Jenius application.
You can obtain billing codes through:
– Official government communication channels
– Official government websites, such as https://sse.pajak.go.id
– Official government applications (for driver’s license renewals, passport applications, and other services)
– Officers from relevant service offices
– Bank tellers or post offices (if you have a Tax Payment Letter or related documents)
– and other methods
For government bonds (SBN) purchased through the Jenius app, you will receive a billing code after placing your bond order. You can pay directly through the bond purchasing flow without needing to open the Bill/VA Payment menu.
Make sure you obtain your billing code through official channels with the best privacy protection, as billing codes are confidential.
The billing code will expire 7 days after it is created by the system belonging to the relevant agency.
If you cannot pay the bill via the billing code, here are the actions you can take:
– Billing code not found: most likely the billing code entered is wrong, you can check again before resending
– The billing code status is not appropriate: something is wrong with the billing code payment status, you can request a new billing code to pay the bill
– Bill has been paid: no need to check the billing code again because the bill has been paid
– Invoice has expired: the billing code has exceeded the 7 day limit without payment, you can request a new billing code
– Failed to continue, you can try again: wait a moment before resending the billing code via the Jenius application
– Billing code must be a number: check the billing code again and delete entries that are not numbers before resending
– The billing code must be 15 digits: the billing code must not be less or more than the 15 digits limit.
Nomor Transaksi Layanan Pemerintah (NTPN) or Public Services Transaction Number is a proof of tax and non-tax payment transaction number that has been received by the state. After successfully paying Public Services of any type, you will get an NTPN in your email.
– On Home, choose Transfer & Request.

– Choose SBN & Public Services and you’ll be directed to Jenius’ partner page.

Yes, you can create and customize your own bill reminders or receive automatic reminders. All reminders will be displayed in the Urgent Items section on your homepage.
In Urgent Items, you can see which bills and online subscriptions you usually pay regularly, so you don’t miss making the payments.

1. Tap Transfer & Reques, then select Pay Bills/VA.
2. Tap Reminders and choose the bill you want to be reminded of, or create a new reminder.
3. Select the bill category and type.
4. Enter the bill name, customer ID, and reminder date.
5. Review the reminder details. If everything is correct, tap Create Reminder.
6. Your bill reminder will appear in the Urgent Items section 2 days before the payment due date.
By paying bills with the same bill number/customer ID at least twice, Jenius will automatically recognize your payment pattern and generate reminders in the Urgent Items section for your next payment schedule.
Example: On 15 June, you purchased mobile credit to 0812345*****. Then, on 15 July, you purchased mobile credit again to the same number. On 15 August, the mobile credit payment reminder will appear on your Urgent Items section.
Your bill reminder will appear in the Urgent Items section starting from the exact reminder date you’ve set and will remain there for the next 2 days. Jenius will also send you a push notification to remind you about your upcoming bill payment.
1. On the Home page of your Jenius app, scroll down to the Urgent Items section.
2. Find the bill that you’d like to pay by swiping the Urgent Items box, then choose Pay.
3. Enter the detail of your bill payment, then choose Next.
4. Check the confirmation page, then choose Pay Now.
5. You’ve successfully made a bill payment from the Urgent Items section!
Yes, the bill payment reminder will remain on your Urgent Items section for 2 days after the payment due date.
Jenius will automatically recognize your recurring bill payment patterns that meet the Urgent Items criteria, which requires you to pay the same bill with the same bill number/customer ID at least twice on Jenius.
To manually set up a reminder in the Urgent Items section:
1. Tap Transfer & Request, then select Pay Bills/VA.
2. Tap Reminders and choose the bill you want to be reminded of, or create a new reminder.
3. Select the bill category and type.
4. Enter the bill name, customer ID, and reminder date.
5. Review the reminder details. If everything is correct, tap Create Reminder.
6. Your bill reminder will appear in the Urgent Items section 2 days before the payment due date.
Bill reminders that you set manually will stop if you deactivate them. However, automatic reminders will still appear in the Urgent Items section for 6 months even if you miss a single payment.
If you have made 2 consecutive payments, the bill payment reminder will appear on the Urgent Items section for the next 6 months even if you no longer need to pay the bill. To stop all reminders on the Urgent Items section, call SMBCI Care at 1500 365.
Meanwhile, to stop reminders you created, simply go to Reminder tab:
1. Go to Pay Bills/VA menu
2. Tap Reminders and select the bill
3. Tap three dots icon
If you receive an automatic reminder on the 1st and set a manual reminder on the same day, only one reminder will appear in the Urgent Items section.
However, if you set a manual reminder on a different date (e.g., the 2nd), you will receive two reminders (a double reminder) on both the 1st and 2nd for 6 months.
If you have already received an automatic reminder and want to be reminded on a different date, please contact SMBCI Care at 1500 365 to cancel the automatic reminder. After that, you can set a manual reminder for your desired date.

Virtual Account SMBC Indonesia is one of the bill payment menus on Jenius app where you can pay bill using Virtual Account number for easy transaction/bill payment.
Virtual Account number is a special account number from service provider as a payment method to service provider.
You may check items you can pay to at Jenius app with this instructions below:
1. On Home page on Jenius app, choose Transfer & Request, then choose Pay Bills/VA, or from Mobius button and tap Pay Bills/VA.
2. Choose VA SMBC Indonesia.
When you are about to complete a transaction to service provider, the service provider will provide you with their Virtual Account number to make payment on Jenius app.
Your payment is safer as Virtual Account doesn’t show any sensitive bank account information. This helps reduce the risk of fraud and sensitive data leak.
1. On Home page on Jenius app, choose Transfer & Request, choose Pay Bills/VA, or Mobius button, choose Pay Bills/VA.
2. Choose VA SMBC Indonesia.
3. On Virtual Account menu, enter the Virtual Account number or the service provider name.
4. Check if the Virtual Account number or the service provider name is correct, then enter or check the payment amount.
5. To save the service provider Virtual Account, you can activate Save bill.
6. Choose Next, check payment confirmation, tap Pay Now, then enter your Jenius password.
7. Payment to Virtual Account is successful!

1. Make sure your Active Balance is sufficient.
2. When you make payments with Scan QRIS or Pay Bills feature, choose Pay & Save on the confirmation page.
3. Pay & Save is successful! The money will be added to your Cash Cow from your Active Balance.
As much as your payment amount. For example, if you make a QRIS payment of IDR75,000 with Pay & Save, then a total of IDR150,000 will be deducted from your Active Balance with these details:
– IDR75,000 for your QRIS payment to the merchant, and
– the other IDR75,000 will be saved to your Cash Cow.
Notes:
– If your payment amount is larger than IDR250,000, the amount that will be saved to your Cash Cow is no longer as much as your payment amount. Instead, it will be IDR250,000 according to the maximum amount that can be saved to Cash Cow in one transaction.
– If your montly Pay & Save quota is below the payment amount, then the amount that will be saved to your Cash Cow is adjusted according to your remaining monthly quota.
The maximum amount that can be saved to Cash Cow with Pay & Save is IDR250,000 per transaction.
For example, if you make a payment of IDR300,000 with Pay & Save, only IDR250,000 will be saved to your Cash Cow.
Yes, there is. You can save to Cash Cow with Pay & Save up to IDR5,000,000 every month. This quota will be reset every month.
If your remaining monthly quota for Pay & Save is below the payment amount, the money that will be saved to Cash Cow will be equal to your remaining monthly quota.
For example, if you have already saved IDR4,950,000 with Pay & Save this month, then when you make the next payment of IDR75,000, only IDR50,000 will be saved to your Cash Cow (according to your remaining Pay & Save quota).

Yes. If your Active Balance is sufficient to make the payment but insufficient for Pay & Save, you can still proceed with your transaction as usual by selecting the Pay Now button on the payment confirmation page.
If there are no transaction issues, your transaction will still be successful even if your Cash Cow top up from Pay & Save was failed.
