Where can I use Jenius QR?

You can use Jenius QR at all QRIS merchants to do offline transactions or non-face-to-face transactions.

What are the available sources of funds when using Jenius QR?

– Active Balance.
– Jenius Paylater.

Can I use Jenius QR at QRIS merchants?

Yes. You can use Jenius QR for transactions at QRIS merchants, both for offline and non-face-to-face transactions.

How to make offline transactions at QRIS merchants with Jenius QR?

– Make sure you have sufficient Active Balance.
– On the PIN page, choose Scan QRIS.
– Log in with biomteric or enter your PIN.
– Point your camera to the QR code.
– Enter the payment amount or check the amount that automatically appears.
– Choose Pay Now to deduct the amount from Active Balance.
– Make sure all the information is correct, then choose Next. If merchants turn on the tip option, you can choose the tip amount before choosing Next.
– Pay attention to the confirmation page, then choose Pay Now. If the amount exceeds the transaction authentication, please input your Jenius password.
– Offline transaction with Jenius QR is successful!

Aside from the PIN page, you can also tap Scan QRIS on Home page or from Mobius button.

What is QRIS TTM (Tanpa Tatap Muka)?

QRIS TTM (Tanpa Tatap Muka) is a payment options at QRIS merchants using a picture of QR code that needs to be saved in your smartphone gallery. This way, you can do QRIS payments anywhere, no need to manually scan the code face-to-face.

How do you pay with Jenius QR using QRIS TTM (Tanpa Tatap Muka)?

-Make sure you have sufficient Active Balance, and your m-Card is active.
-On the PIN page, choose Scan QRIS.
-Enter your PIN or use biometric login.
-Choose the picture icon, then choose the QR code from your smartphone’s gallery.
-Enter the payment amount or check the amount that automatically appears.
-Choose Pay Now to deduct the amount from Active Balance.
-Make sure all the information is correct, then choose Next.
If merchants turn on the tip option, you can choose the tip amount before choosing Next.
-Pay attention to the confirmation page, then choose Pay Now. If the amount exceeds the transaction authentication, please input your Jenius password.
-Offline transaction with Jenius QR is successful!

What is the requirement for the QR code image that can be used for QRIS TTM (Tanpa Tatap Muka)?

Make sure the QR code image you upload is clear or high resolution, so the code can be scanned easily.

Is there transaction limit when using Jenius QR?

– Minimum transaction limit: IDR 1,000 per transaction.
– Maximum transaction limit: IDR 10,000,000 per transaction.

How many maximum transaction limit per day when using Jenius QR?

Maximum transaction limit per day using Jenius QR is IDR 100,000,000. Jenius QR maximum transaction limit is different from Send It limit.

Is there any additional fee when using Jenius QR?

No. There is no additional fee.

What should I do if my transaction using Jenius QR failed but my balance has been deducted?

Please call Jenius Help at 1500 365.

How long does it take to refund the failed Jenius QR transaction amount to my balance?

The refund process for your failed Jenius QR transaction will take 14 calendar days.

Why should I input Jenius password when doing transaction with Jenius QR?

You must input your Jenius password if the transaction amount exceeds the transaction authentication limit.

To change your transaction authentication limit, follow the steps below.
– On bottom screen navigation, choose Profile.
– Tap the icon on the top right screen.
– Choose Settings.
– Choose Transaction Authentication.
– Set the new transaction authentication limit, then tap Change Limit.

Does transaction using Jenius QR appear on In & Out?

Yes. Jenius QR transactions made using Active Balance as the source of fund will appear on In & Out.

Is transaction using Jenius QR safe?

Transactions made on Jenius are protected with layers of security such as fingerprint/face biometric, password, and PIN when log in to Jenius application.

To enchance security level, you can use transaction authentication (password will be required each time you make payment) by setting up its limit as your needs.

Why can’t I make payments or transaction with Jenius QR?

– Make sure your Jenius account has been activated in order to make transactions using Jenius QR.
– When you are about to process your transaction, make sure you are in an area with good internet or your cellular connection is stable.

How to activate Scan QRIS shortcut button on the PIN page?

Scan QRIS shortcut button will be automatically available on Jenius app version 3.38.1 and up. Update your Jenius app to the latest version.

How to log in using biometric if I have activated Scan QRIS shortcut button on the PIN page?

If you have activated Scan QRIS shortcut button, you can log in using biometric by clicking the face icon on the PIN page.

How to deactivate Scan QRIS shortcut button on PIN page?

– On the bottom screen navigation, choose Profile.
– Tap gear icon on the top right of the screen.
– Choose Settings.
– Turn off the Scan QRIS Shortcut toggle.
– Scan QRIS shortcut button deactivation success!

How can I use Jenius Paylater as a source of funds for Jenius QR transactions?
  • Make sure your Paylater is activated and your remaining limit is sufficient.
  • Open Jenius app, then choose Scan QRIS on PIN page.
  • Log in with biometric or enter your PIN.
  • Place the camera at the QR code or upload the QR code image from your smartphone gallery.
  • Enter the amount you want to pay or check the automatically generated amount.
  • Choose Pay Later and make sure that Jenius Paylater has been selected as the payment method.
  • Make sure the information is correct, then choose Next. If the merchant has tip options, choose the amount of the tip you want to give before choosing Next.
  • Check the confirmation page, then choose Pay Now. If the payment amount exceeds the transaction authentication limit, input your Jenius password.
  • Jenius QR payment using Jenius Paylater is completed!

Is there any transaction limit if I use Jenius Paylater as a source of funds for Jenius QR transactions?
  • Minimum limit per transaction: IDR1,000.
  • Maximum limit per transaction: according to your remaining Jenius Paylater limit.
Will I be charged a fee if I use Jenius Paylater as a source of fund for Jenius QR transactions?

Your transaction is free of charge, but you will be charged a service fee of IDR15,000/month when you use Jenius Paylater.

Can I cancel a Jenius Paylater transaction after it has been processed?

No. Transactions which have been processed cannot be cancelled.

Do Jenius QR transactions with Jenius Paylater as a source of funds appear on In & Out

Yes. Jenius QR transactions made using Jenius Paylater as a source of funds will be recorded in In & Out and Jenius Paylater transaction history page.

I used Jenius Paylater as a source of funds for Jenius QR, but the transaction is canceled by the merchant. Will I get a refund?

Yes. Refund for a canceled transaction by the merchant will be restored to your Active Balance according to your transaction amount and you are free to use it as needed.

If my Jenius QR transaction using Jenius Paylater failed, how long is the refund process?

Refund for a failed transaction using Jenius Paylater will be processed in 14 calendar days.

If I haven’t paid my Jenius Paylater bills, can I still make transactions using Jenius QR?

Yes. You can still make Jenius QR transactions with your Active Balance as a source of funds.

However, make sure to repay your Jenius Paylater bills on time to continue using Jenius Paylater as a source of funds and to avoid late fees.

Why can’t I find Jenius Paylater in the source of funds list when using Jenius QR?

Jenius Paylater as source of funds for Jenius QR is only available for Jenius users that have activated Jenius Paylater.

Please make sure your Jenius Paylater is active and currently not having any overdue repayments in order to use Jenius Paylater as Jenius QR’s source of funds.

What is Pay & Save?

Pay & Save is a way to make payments in the Jenius application while saving according to the amount of your payment to Cash Cow.

You can top up your Cash Cow faster without having to use special transaction cashback.

In which transactions can I use Pay & Save?

Pay & Save is available for in-app transactions with Active Balance as the source of funds like:
– Scan QRIS
– Pay Bills

Can I Pay & Save with source of funds other than my Active Balance?

No, you can’t. Pay & Save is only available for in-app transactions with Active Balance as the source of funds.

How do I top up my Cash Cow with Pay & Save?

1. Make sure your Active Balance is sufficient.
2. When you make payments with Scan QRIS or Pay Bills feature, choose Pay & Save on the confirmation page.
3. Pay & Save is successful! The money will be added to your Cash Cow from your Active Balance.

How much will be saved to my Cash Cow if i use Pay & Save?

As much as your payment amount. For example, if you make a QRIS payment of IDR75,000 with Pay & Save, then a total of IDR150,000 will be deducted from your Active Balance with these details:

– IDR75,000 for your QRIS payment to the merchant, and
– the other IDR75,000 will be saved to your Cash Cow.

Notes:
– If your payment amount is larger than IDR250,000, the amount that will be saved to your Cash Cow is no longer as much as your payment amount. Instead, it will be IDR250,000 according to the maximum amount that can be saved to Cash Cow in one transaction.
– If your montly Pay & Save quota is below the payment amount, then the amount that will be saved to your Cash Cow is adjusted according to your remaining monthly quota.

How much is the maximum amount that I can save to my Cash Cow with Pay & Save in one transaction?

The maximum amount that can be saved to Cash Cow with Pay & Save is IDR250,000 per transaction.

For example, if you make a payment of IDR300,000 with Pay & Save, only IDR250,000 will be saved to your Cash Cow.

Is there any maximum monthly quota that I can save to my Cash Cow with Pay & Save?

Yes, there is. You can save to Cash Cow with Pay & Save up to IDR5,000,000 every month. This quota will be reset every month.

What will happen if my remaining Pay & Save monthly quota is under the payment amount I’m about to make?

If your remaining monthly quota for Pay & Save is below the payment amount, the money that will be saved to Cash Cow will be equal to your remaining monthly quota.

For example, if you have already saved IDR4,950,000 with Pay & Save this month, then when you make the next payment of IDR75,000, only IDR50,000 will be saved to your Cash Cow (according to your remaining Pay & Save quota).

How can I see my remaining Pay & Save quota this month?

1. On the bottom navigation in your Jenius app, choose Wealth.
2. Scroll down to Save It section, then choose Cash Cow.
3. On the Details page under the Pay & Save section, you can view your Pay & Save quota for this month.

If I’ve reached the maximum Pay & Save quota for the month, can I still receive cashback to my Cash Cow?

Yes, of course! The cashback that you get from special transaction deals is excluded from the Pay & Save monthly quota. That means, you can still receive the cashback in your Cash Cow even when you’ve reached the maximum Pay & Save quota for the month.

If my Active Balance is insufficient for Pay & Save, but is sufficient to make the transaction, can I still proceed my transaction?

Yes. If your Active Balance is sufficient to make the payment but insufficient for Pay & Save, you can still proceed with your transaction as usual by selecting the Pay Now button on the payment confirmation page.

If my Cash Cow top up from Pay & Save was failed, will my transaction also be failed?

If there are no transaction issues, your transaction will still be successful even if your Cash Cow top up from Pay & Save was failed.

How do I make a payment using QRIS at merchant?

1. Open your app and tap “Show QR“.
2. Present the displayed QR code to the cashier.
3. Ensure the payment amount is correct.

What is the maximum amount I can pay using QRIS?

You can pay up to IDR 10,000,000 per transaction. Your payment amount will depend on your set limit.

What if my QRIS code is expired?

You can generate a new QR code by tapping “Regenerate QR” on the Show QR page
