How do I create a new 6-digit PIN for my device?
- On the Home page of your Jenius app, tap your profile picture on the top left corner of the screen to go to the Profile page.
- Tap the gear icon on the top right corner of the page.
- Choose the Settings menu.
- Choose Change PIN.
- Input your new 6-digit PIN.
- Repeat your new 6-digit PIN for confirmation.
How can I change my Jenius account password on Jenius app?
- On the Home page of your Jenius app, tap your profile picture on the top left corner of the screen to go to the Profile page.
- Tap the gear icon on the top right corner of the page
- .Choose the Settings menu.
- Choose Change password.
- Input your current password, your new password, and confirm your new password.
- Choose Change Password.
Notes:
– This method will only work if you know your current password.

Can I change the language in Jenius app?
- Yes, you can choose between English or Bahasa Indonesia as your default language for your Jenius app.
- On the Home page of your Jenius app, tap your profile picture on the top left corner of the screen to go to the Profile page.
- Tap the gear icon on the top right corner of the page.
- Choose the Settings menu.
- Tap the toggle beside the Language field to change the language.
Note: Notifications will be sent according to the language you’ve chosen in your Jenius app.
