How do I create a new 6-digit PIN for my device?
  1. On the Home page of your Jenius app, tap your profile picture on the top left corner of the screen to go to the Profile page.
  2. Tap the gear icon on the top right corner of the page.
  3. Choose the Settings menu.
  4. Choose Change PIN.
  5. Input your new 6-digit PIN.
  6. Repeat your new 6-digit PIN for confirmation.
How can I change my Jenius account password on Jenius app?
  1. On the Home page of your Jenius app, tap your profile picture on the top left corner of the screen to go to the Profile page.
  2. Tap the gear icon on the top right corner of the page
  3. .Choose the Settings menu.
  4. Choose Change password.
  5. Input your current password, your new password, and confirm your new password.
  6. Choose Change Password.

Notes:
– This method will only work if you know your current password.
– If you forgot your current password, you can reset your password instead. [Click here].

How do I activate biometric login?
  1. On the Home page of your Jenius app, tap your profile picture on the top left corner of the screen to go to the Profile page.
  2. Tap the gear icon on the top right corner of the page.
  3. Choose the Settings menu.
  4. Turn on the Activate Biometric Login toggle.
  5. Input your device PIN.Authenticate using your face or fingerprint.
  6. Biometric login is successfully activated.
Can I change the language in Jenius app?
  1. Yes, you can choose between English or Bahasa Indonesia as your default language for your Jenius app.
  2. On the Home page of your Jenius app, tap your profile picture on the top left corner of the screen to go to the Profile page.
  3. Tap the gear icon on the top right corner of the page.
  4. Choose the Settings menu.
  5. Tap the toggle beside the Language field to change the language.

Note: Notifications will be sent according to the language you’ve chosen in your Jenius app.

How do I set the notification for my Jenius app?
  1. On the Home page of your Jenius app, tap your profile picture on the top left corner of the screen to go to the Profile page.
  2. Tap the gear icon on the top right corner of the page.
  3. Choose the Settings menu
  4. .Choose Notification Settings
  5. .Choose the things you want to be notified about in your smartphone and e-mail.
  6. Review your changes, then choose Save.
How do I change the transaction authentication limit?
  1. On the Home page of your Jenius app, tap your profile picture on the top left corner of the screen to go to the Profile page.
  2. Tap the gear icon on the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Choose the Settings menu.
  4. Scroll down to Transaction, then choose Transaction Authentication.
  5. Set a transaction authentication amount, then choose Change Limit.
  6. Input your Jenius password, then choose Submit.
  7. Your transaction authentication limit is successfully changed!
How do I activate Scan QRIS Shortcut on the PIN page?
  1. On the Home page of your Jenius app, tap your profile picture on the top left corner of the screen to go to the Profile page.
  2. Tap the gear icon on the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Choose the Settings menu.
  4. Scroll down to Transaction, then tap the Scan QRIS Shortcut toggle.
