1. Open Jenius app, tap Help icon on the top corner right of the page, next to the bell icon.
2. Enter your PIN.
3. On the Contact Us tab, select Chat, and you will be connected to NIX.

1. On Jenius home page, tap the Chat icon on the top right of the page, next to the bell icon, and you will be connected to NIX.

1. Go to www.jenius.com using your browser, and scroll to the bottom of the page.
2. In the Navigation section, see Help section, and select FAQ.
3. Select Get Help.
4. Choose Chat NIX Website, then enter your name and e-mail, and you will be connected to NIX.
