No. Jenius doesn’t provide a passbook saving, however Jenius provides an e-Statement (bank statement) every month that can be accessed and downloaded from the Wealth page inside your Jenius app.
To get a Bank Reference Letter, make sure you’ve been a Jenius customer for at least 3 months and you’re not on the Bank Indonesia black list.
You can visit a Jenius booth nearest to you or contact SMBCI Care at 1500 365. Prepare your personal data and Embassy, Consulate or Visa Center address. The Bank Reference Letter will be sent to you as a soft copy to your e-mail in 3 business days.
You need to prepare the following data:
Name of the account holder
$Cashtag of the account holder
Jenius account number
The purpose of making the Bank Reference Letter (specifically for visa making, please inform the embassy of the destination country)
If you need the physical/hard copy document, you can request it at Jenius booth with an additional note when you request the ticket. The Bank Reference Letter will be sent to you mailing address in maximum 3 business days for Jabodetabek area and 5 business days for other area after the soft copy is sent to your e-mail.
For account numbers starting with 001, it is the Gunung Sahari branch, and for account numbers starting with 9001, it is the Kota Kasablanka branch.
You can view and download your monthly e-Statement in the Wealth page. Here’s how:
On the bottom navigation of your Jenius app, choose Wealth.
Tap the e-Statement icon at the top right corner.
Choose your desired month. To see e-Statements older than the last 3 months, choose View previous e-Statements.
Tap the download icon at the right side of the chosen e-Statement.
You can save the e-Statement as PDFs to your device or send them to your e-mail address.
Your e-Statement for this month is available for download on the 5th of the next month. For example, your June e-Statement will be available on the 5th of July.

If you need a bank statement for visa application, there are two ways to do it:
Visit a SMBC Indonesia branch closest to you to get a legalized bank statement in under 30 minutes; or
Visit a Jenius booth in your city. The documents will be sent in soft copy to your e-mail, or you can request a physical/hard copy as an additional note during ticket application. The processing time for documents at the booth is 3 working days.
