As a participant, your responsibility is to make sure that:
1. Data accuracy: Participants must complete the life insurance application form with accurate and complete information, including personal data and health conditions. Errors or incomplete data may result in policy cancellation. Prudential reserves the right to reject a policy application if it does not meet the applicable requirements and regulations.
2. Document understanding: Participants must read and understand the life insurance application form and the insurance benefit illustration sheet in the Product and Service Information Summary (RIPLAY), both personal and general, before agreeing to and digitally signing it through the purchase confirmation in the Jenius app.
3. Premium payment: Participants must pay the premium for one year in full before the policy is issued.

What are the requirements to become a Cyber Protection participant before buying a policy?

Make sure you have a Jenius account and have updated your personal data. You also need to ensure that your age is above 17 years old.

If all requirements are met, you can proceed directly to apply for Cyber Protection through the Jenius app.
