No. Existing Jenius account can be used to upgrade to Sinaya Prioritas and enjoy the services.

How to upgrade to Sinaya Prioritas from Jenius app?

– Find the Sinaya Prioritas banner on the Home page, then tap Upgrade Now.
– Read the information, then choose Next.
– On the last information screen, choose Upgrade.
– Complete your residential address or turn on the toggle, then choose Next.
– Complete your work and income information or turn on the toggle, then choose Next.
– Pick a time to be confirmed by a relationship manager via phone call on the next business day, then choose Next.
– Read the terms and conditions, put a checkmark as an agreement, then choose Upgrade.
– Input your Jenius password, then choose Submit.
– Data application for upgrading to Sinaya Prioritas is successful!

How long is the upgrade process to be Sinaya Prioritas?

In about 10 minutes after you submit your data, you can enjoy bonus quota for free transactions.

To enjoy all Sinaya Prioritas privileges, your data will be confirmed via phone call by a relationship manager and verified by the system.

What should I do if there is a problem when sending my data to upgrade to Sinaya Prioritas?

After I have submitted my upgrade data for Sinaya Prioritas, what should I do next?

Your relationship manager will call you at your selected time on the next business day. Make sure your phone number is active and accept the call for the confirmation process.

What if I can’t be contacted when the relationship manager calls?

If you can’t be contacted on the selected time, your relationship manager will call you again at the same time in the next working days.

What would happen if I can’t be contacted when the relationship manager called me for the second time?

The final verification for upgrading to Sinaya Prioritas takes 3 business days after you submit your data.

If the relationship manager can’t contact you in 3 business days, you will receive a push notification and information on the Sinaya Prioritas banner in your Jenius app to retry the upgrade process.

I failed to upgrade to Sinaya Prioritas because I can’t be contacted by the relationship manager. What should I do if I don’t want to re-upgrade?

– Open your Jenius app, then tap the Sinaya Prioritas banner on the Home page.
– Choose Not Now.
– Continue by choosing Yes, Dismiss This Limited Offer.

How to retry upgrade to Sinaya Prioritas if the previous process failed?

– Open your Jenius app, then tap the Sinaya Prioritas banner on the Home page.
– Choose Retry Upgrade.
– Pick a time to be confirmed by a relationship manager via phone call on the next business day, then tap Next.
– Read the terms and conditions, put a checkmark as an agreement, then choose Upgrade.
– Input your Jenius password, then choose Submit.
– Your request to retry upgrade to Sinaya Prioritas is successfully submitted. A relationship manager will call you in the next 5 business days.

How to retry upgrade to Sinaya Prioritas if the previous process failed?

You will get a push notification that your upgrade to Sinaya Prioritas has been successful. You will also find the Sinaya Prioritas banner on the Home page and a virtual priority card in the Awards menu.

Is it possible to lose my Sinaya Prioritas service? If yes, what is the cause?

Yes. You will no longer be able to enjoy Sinaya Prioritas if your Total Wealth at Jenius is less than IDR500,000,000 for 12 consecutive months.

 

How to get Sinaya Prioritas service for SMBC Indonesia customer who doesn’t have a Jenius account?

What’s the difference between Sinaya Prioritas and Green Club?

Green Club is a program for all Jenius Users that offers different benefits based on the user’s average monthly balance. From Seed (less than IDR 1,000,000) to Bloom (more than IDR 500,000,000), there will be benefits tailored to each Green Club level.

Meanwhile, Sinaya Prioritas is a status offered only when a Jenius User’s total wealth reaches a minimum of IDR 500,000,000.

Will the highest Green Club (Bloom) replace Sinaya Prioritas?

Club Bloom does not replace Sinaya Prioritas. Jenius users with Sinaya Prioritas status will continue to enjoy the special privileges of Sinaya Prioritas, along with the benefits of Club Bloom, regardless of their current Club level.

Why hasn’t my Green Club level changed to Bloom even though my Jenius/Bank SMBC balance has reached Rp500,000,000?

Make sure you have upgraded to Sinaya Prioritas in the Jenius app, as this upgrade is required to receive the privileges of Sinaya Prioritas along with the benefits of Green Club Bloom.

The change in Green Club Bloom level display will take effect in the following month, as the system calculates based on the average balance of the previous month.

Although the level display in the app may not have changed yet, the privileges of Sinaya Prioritas and the Bloom level awards can still be enjoyed after the upgrade.

I already have Sinaya Prioritas status, but why isn’t my Green Club Bloom?

Even though customers have Sinaya Prioritas status, their Green Club might not have changed to Bloom yet. This is because Green Club balance calculation follows the monthly average calculation. When the monthly average balance reaches IDR 500,000,000, Green Club will change to Bloom in the following month.

Don’t worry. Even if Green Club isn’t Bloom, all customers with Sinaya Prioritas status automatically still receive benefits from Club Bloom.

Where can I find information about my Sinaya Prioritas status in Green Club?

Open the Jenius app, select the Green Club button, and scroll to see the Sinaya Prioritas area. There you will find information about your Sinaya Prioritas status along with a list of privileges you currently have.

If I upgrade to Sinaya Prioritas in the middle of the month, will I immediately get benefits equivalent to Club Bloom on that same day?

No. Customers will still receive their current Club benefits until the end of the month, and will receive Club Bloom benefits in the following month.

What kind of assistance will I get from the relationship manager?

Relationship manager will assist you in making transactions, managing your portfolio, and informing you about market updates. Relationship manager will also help you access your Sinaya Prioritas privileges.

What can I consult with the wealth consultation service?

Education service (can be about health, etc.), market outlook, current market conditions, and consultation regarding investment products that match your risk profile and investment goals.

What is Sinaya Prioritas virtual card?

A card that identifies your Sinaya Prioritas status. This card is available in your Jenius app and can be used at the Sinaya branch office to access the privileges that you are eligible to enjoy.

How can I access my Sinaya Prioritas virtual card?

– On the Home page in Jenius app, tap the Sinaya Prioritas banner.
– Choose Show Priority Card.
– Show your Sinaya Prioritas virtual card when visiting Sinaya office branch to enjoy the privileges you need.

Will there be an additional fee to enjoy Sinaya Prioritas service?

No. Sinaya Prioritas service is free of charge as long as your Total Wealth is above Rp500.000.000.

Can I use Sinaya Prioritas virtual card for making transactions?

No. Sinaya Prioritas virtual card can only be used to enjoy offline privileges.

Do I get a different bank statement?

You will get 2 different statements.

Besides the e-statement that you can download directly through Jenius app, you will also get an Account Consolidation Report (LKR) that will be sent to your e-mail every month.

Account Consolidation Report (LKR) contains a complete report of all accounts that you have at SMBC Indonesia (not only Jenius).

As a Sinaya Prioritas user, will I receive a different customer service experience?

Yes, Sinaya Prioritas users will receive ViP (Virtual Priority), a branchless priority banking service available 24/7, exclusively for Sinaya Prioritas users.

Why do I have to video call the ViP service when I already have RM?

ViP (Virtual Priority) provides priority banking services digitally and is available 24/7, allowing you to receive financial assistance anytime without having to wait for a regular relationship manager’s schedule. With ViP, access to exclusive financial solutions becomes faster and more flexible.

What’s the difference between ViP Service and the usual RM?

– Fully digital service ViP provides priority banking services online without the need to visit a branch.
– Available 24/7 without the need for an appointment ViP can be contacted anytime without the need to schedule an appointment.
– Served by different relationship managers ViP is not a personal relationship manager, so each time you contact this service, you may be assisted by a different RM. However, all ViP RMs have access to your service history, ensuring they can still provide solutions tailored to your needs.

How do I access the ViP Service and its video call mechanism?

When can I contact ViP Service?

ViP Service can be contacted daily from 07:00 to 19:00 WIB to provide banking services from a priority virtual RM without needing to make an appointment or visit a branch.

Is ViP Service paid?

ViP Service can be accessed free of charge. You only need to ensure internet connection is established to enjoy the service.

If my Sinaya Prioritas status is downgraded, can I still use ViP Service?

ViP Service is exclusively for Sinaya Prioritas customers. For Jenius Users who no longer have Sinaya Prioritas status, ViP Service will not be available.

Can I invite my family to get Sinaya Prioritas privileges without reaching the minimum balance?

Yes, through the Priority for Family program. The requirement is that the primary customer must have Total Wealth up to Rp 10 billion. Family members who can be added are those listed in the primary Kartu Keluarga.

How do I register family members to enjoy the Priority for Family program?

To enjoy the Priority for Family program, ensure that Total Wealth has reached the minimum requirement (Rp10.000.000.000) and the family member is listed in the primary customer’s Kartu Keluarga. After that, contact your RM or branch and mention the Priority for Family program to register family members.

Can I add distant relatives to the Priority for Family program?

No. The Priority for Family program is only available for family members listed in the primary customer’s Kartu Keluarga.

Will the privileges obtained by family members in Priority for Family be the same as customers with regular Sinaya Prioritas status?

Yes. Privileges will be the same as long as the primary customer maintains their Sinaya Prioritas status.

If I got downgraded, can my family still enjoy Sinaya Prioritas status through the Priority for Family program?

No. If the primary customer is downgraded and becomes a regular customer without Sinaya Prioritas status, then family members in Priority for Family will also lose Sinaya Prioritas status.

If I die, can my family still enjoy Priority for Family?

No. If the primary customer dies, family members in Priority for Family will lose their Sinaya Prioritas status, unless they can reach the minimum balance to receive an invitation to become Sinaya Prioritas by themselves, which is Rp500.000.000.

What is a Bond?

A bond is a debt instrument issued by a country or company to raise capital. This document contains a promise to pay bondholders periodic coupons and return the principal value at maturity.

How do I open a bond account in Jenius?

For now, you can open a Bonds account via branches or a Relationship Manager. Stay tuned for the Bond account opening feature in the future!

I’ve previously purchased bonds through a branch, do I still need to open an account to view my bonds in the Jenius app?

No. The Bond account you have will apply to all Branches of Debt Securities Sellers (Bonds) at Bank SMBC Indonesia, including Jenius.

How do I buy Bonds via the Jenius app?

– From the Investment menu, select “View Products” in the Bonds section and choose the product you desire
– If there are no Bond offers that meet your preference, you just need to wait until the Bond you want is available during the trading hours announced by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia
– Select the product and click “Buy”
– Enter the purchase amount. Make sure you have a minimum Active Balance of Rp 1,000,000 to purchase Bonds via the Jenius app
– Proceed with the purchase process, ensure all purchase details are correct, agree to the terms and conditions, and submit your order
– Order sent! You will receive a notification once your purchase is successful or failed. If it fails, you can try purchasing again while the quota is available and the Bond is still purchasable

How do I sell Bonds via the Jenius app?

– From the Investment menu, go to the Bonds section and choose the product you desire
– Scroll until you find the Sell button. Click and proceed with the process – Enter the selling amount and click Continue
– Make sure the selling amount is correct, agree to the terms and conditions, and submit your sale order
– You will receive a notification after the selling process is successful or failed. If it fails, you can try selling again as long as the Bond is still available for sale

When will the Bonds I bought through a branch or Relationship Manager appear in the Jenius app?

Bonds will appear in the Jenius after the transaction is completed, and your ownership of the Bonds has been recorded. Transaction settlement is T+2, which is 2 trading days after you make the purchase transaction.

If the Bond price in the Jenius app is different from the price at the branch, which price is correct?

The correct Bond price is the price from the branch because that price is the most current.

How do I view the Bond products I own via the Jenius app?

First, you need to own Bond products through a branch or a Relationship Manager.
After settlement or 2 days after the transaction, you can view the Bond products in the Jenius app. Open the Wealth page through the bottom navigation bar. Select the Investment tab, then scroll down until you find the Bonds section. There you will be able to see various Bond products you own.

To view details, simply select the Bond you want to view. You will get detailed information about the Bond such as the current selling price, current buying price, yield to maturity, coupon info, product info, a list of asset ownership divided per purchase, and transactions you have made on that Bond product.
