What is the spending limit?

The spending limit is the amount you can allocate from your main Jenius credit card to each additional s-Card. This spending limit is shared with your main card’s limit.

What are the rules for spending limits?

– The spending limit is a part of the overall limit of your main Jenius credit card and doesn’t have an independent limit.
– The spending limit is shared, meaning the available limit for your additional cards will be affected by the usage of your main card.
– The set limit cannot be lower than the minimum product limit, which is Rp2,000,000 for credit cards.
– The set limit cannot be lower than the current usage of the card.
– The spending limit cannot exceed the limit of your main Jenius credit card.

Can I change the spending limit?

Yes, as the main cardholder, you can reallocate the credit limit as needed through the Jenius app.

What is the per-transaction spending limit?

The per-transaction spending limit is the maximum amount you can spend in a single transaction with your supplementary Jenius credit card.

Why can’t I change the ATM withdrawal limit for my supplementary card?

Unlike the Jenius debit card, you cannot set a daily withdrawal limit for your supplementary credit card. However, you can still withdraw cash at ATMs (if the transaction is enabled) up to 30% of your set credit limit. The remaining withdrawal limit is shown on the d-Card details page.

What are the requirements for a temporary increase in the spending limit for a supplementary credit card?

Unlike the main Jenius credit card, you cannot request a temporary increase in the spending limit for a supplementary card. However, as the primary cardholder, you can adjust the allocated limit for your supplementary cards.
