Your transaction status will always appear on your dashboard every time you have finished sending money or paying bills.
Your money is safe. There must be a delay due to a bad internet connection or there has been a problem with the server. Please wait for a couple of minutes, your money should be sent by then.
When you send a money request, that also includes your Jenius account numbers. They can send the money by using one of two transfer methods (SKN/RTGS or ATM transfer) to send money to you.
There is no additional fee when making transfer using Jenius app.
Starting from 1 July 2024, there will be no transfer fee when using BI-FAST transfer method. A transfer fee is applicable only for these methods:
– Online transfer (RTOL) method: IDR 5,000
– SKN transfer method: IDR 2,900
– RTGS transfer method: IDR 25,000
Please check your internet connection again. A very slow internet connection will make a delay in the recording of your transaction history. Even so, your transaction will still be recorded in the next couple of minutes.
After you have succesfully transferred your money, you can tap View Receipt button from the widget that is being shown. You can also access it from the transaction history in In & Out.
For Samsung Galaxy S8, S8 Plus, S9, S9 Plus, and Note 8 users, you can share the transaction receipt through the sharing button inside Jenius app by ensuring these two things:
1. Adobe PDF app is already installed in your device
2. Download the transaction receipt into your device before you can share it

– Enter $Cashtag, then select Check.
– If the identity of the account owner is correct, select Next.
– Determine the amount of money, then select Next.

Send money to another bank starting from IDR10,001 with BI-FAST, RTOL, or SKN method. For RTGS, the minimum transfer amount is IDR100,000,000.

Starting July 1, 2024, transfers to other banks using the BI-FAST transfer method will be free of charge. Interbank transfer fees apply to the following transfer methods:
– Online transfer method (RTOL): IDR5,000
– SKN transfer method: IDR2,900
– RTGS transfer method: IDR25,000
Transactions using BIFAST and RTOL can be done at any time while SKN and RTGS transactions can only be done on bank operational hours, Monday – Friday from 08.00 – 15.00.

Yes. Jenius has joined the BI-FAST service.
With BI-FAST transfer method, you can enjoy unlimited free transfer fee, applicable from 1 July 2024.
There will be no transaction fee for BI-FAST transfer method.
– On Home, choose Pay & Send.
– Choose Send Money.
– Choose Add Recipient.
– Tap the down arrow button to find you recipient’s bank. Make sure the bank has joined the BI-FAST service.
– Input the account number then tap Check.
If the bank and account number are correct, choose Next.
– Input the transfer amount, then choose Next.
– On the confirmation page, choose Send Money.
– Input your Jenius password, then choose Submit.
– You’ve successfully transferred to another bank using BI-FAST!

Every time you transfer money to a bank that is part of the BI-FAST service (min. IDR10,001), Jenius will use BI-FAST service automatically.
– Make sure the bank has joined the BI-FAST service.
– Make sure your transfer amount is a minimum IDR10,001.
– Make sure there is BI-FAST information written on confirmation page.
– Make sure the transaction fee on the confirmation page is IDR 0.
Money transfers can still be made by using the online transfer network (RTOL) for a fee of IDR5,000.
If the maximum daily transaction limit with BI-FAST of IDR250,000,000 has reached the limit, money transfers will be directed using SKN with a fee of IDR2,900/transaction or using RTGS of IDR25,000/transaction.
Most likely, this happened because the BI-FAST network was having problems. Therefore, we directed your money transfer using the Online Transfer network with a transaction fee IDR5,000.

*If you already scheduled recurring transfers before 13 July 2024, you need to cancel and reschedule to enjoy BI-FAST free transfers.
1. Choose Send It.
2. Choose recipient’s bank account.
3. Input the amount of money you want to transfer.
4. Tap the calendar icon, then choose which date you want the money to be transferred.
5. Choose Once on the transfer frequency.
6. Then choose Schedule Transfer.
7. Review the transaction details before tapping Schedule Transfer.
1. Choose Send It.
2. Choose recipient’s bank account.
3. Input the amount of money you want to transfer.
4. Tap the calendar icon, then choose which date you want the money to be transferred.
5. Choose the transfer Frequency, for example, the transfer will be transferred monthly.
6. Choose End After and choose the number to specify how many times the money will be sent. For example, the repeating transfer will be done monthly, starts from January 1st and will be stopped after the fifth transfer.
7. Then choose Schedule Transfer.
8. Review the transaction details before tapping Schedule Transfer.
From 13 July 2024, recurring transfers will be switched from the online transfer method (RTOL) to BI-FAST free transfers.
If you have already scheduled a transfer before 13 July 2024, please consider canceling and rescheduling it to enjoy BI-FAST free transfer fees, in accordance with the current transfer conditions.
All transfers that you have scheduled for 13 July 2024 onwards will be prioritized using BI-FAST free transfer fee with these conditions:
– BI-FAST transfer method is available
– BI-FAST per transaction limits are still available.
– BI-FAST daily transfer limits are still available.
1. Go to the In & Out menu
2. Access the Scheduled tab
3. Select the scheduled transaction you want to cancel
4. Press the Cancel button to cancel the recurring transfer
Your scheduled transfer might fail to be processed if any of the following happens:
– Your Active Balance is insufficient when processing the transfer on the scheduled date.
– The BI-FAST transfer method is not available on the scheduled date. If that happens, the transfer will be switched to online transfer method (RTOL). Please ensure your Active Balance covers the scheduled amount and the applicable online transfer fees (RTOL).
– The Jenius app or the recipient’s bank is undergoing maintenance on the scheduled transfer date.
To ensure your scheduled transfer goes smoothly:
– Keep an eye on your transfer schedule in the In & Out menu.
– Make sure your Active Balance is sufficient to cover your scheduled transfer amount and fees.
