– Tap Activate Physical Card.
– Scan the QR code on the mailer you received.
– Create a PIN, confirm the PIN, then tap Continue.
– Input your Jenius password, then tap Send.
– d-Card physical card activation was successful!

– On Card Center page, select the Credit Card menu, then tap the three dots right on the card.
– Tap Activate Physical Card.
– Point the camera at the QR code sent to the e-mail.
– Create PIN, confirm the PIN, then select Continue.
– Input your Jenius password, then tap Send.
– Jenius physical Credit Card activation was successful!
As the d-Card (Main Credit Card) holder, you can activate the physical s-Card (Supplementary Credit Card) by following these steps:
1. On the bottom navigation, select Cards.
2. In the Cards page, select the Credit Card menu.
3. Tap the three dots next to the s-Card you want to activate.
4. Choose Activate Physical Card.
5. Scan the QR code sent to your e-mail.
6. Create a PIN, confirm it, and choose Next.
7. Enter your Jenius password and choose Submit.
8. Your physical s-Card is now activated!
Yes. Your physical card will be immediately active and can be used for offline transactions.

Due to security reasons, physical card activation via Jenius Help takes 1×24 hours on working days for data verification.

– Tap Temporary Block.
Temporarily blocking Jenius Credit Cards, both d-Card (Main Credit Card) and s-Card (Supplementary Credit Card) can be done by d-Card holder and s-Card holder.

– Tap Unblock Card.
– The card has been succesfully unblocked.
Temporary blocking is suitable if you accidentally left or forgotten it. You can unblock it later when you retrieved it back.
Permanent blocking is suitable when your Jenius Credit Card is stucked in an ATM machine, lost, stolen, or damaged. If you choose permanent block, a new card will be sent to your address. If your card is lost or stolen, you will be sent a new card with a different card number. If your card is damaged, you will be sent a new card with the same card number. You will be charged a card replacement fee for new card requests.

Permanently blocking Jenius Credit Card, both d-Card (Main Credit Card) and s-Card (Supplementary Credit Card), can be done by d-Card holder and s-Card holder.
Three types of settings to make it easier for you to transact with d-Card (Main Credit Card) and s-Card which can be activated and deactivated according to your preference.
– Withdraw Cash at ATM.
By activating this feature, d-Card (Main Credit Card) and s-Card can be used to withdraw cash at ATMs.
– Online Transactions.
By activating this feature, d-Card (Main Credit Card) and s-Card can be used for online transactions at local and international merchants.
– Foreign transactions.
By activating this feature, physical d-Card (Main Credit Card) and s-Card cards can be used for offline transactions abroad.
The option to enable and disable transaction settings is in your hand. You can manage transaction settings as needed, it can be one of them, two settings, or all three.
If you activate the features, d-Card (Main Credit Card) and s-Card can be used for transactions whose settings have been activated. On the other hand, if the setting is disabled, d-Card (Main Credit Card) and s-Card cannot be used for the three transactions above.
s Credit Card Transaction Settings?
– Open the Jenius app, then tap Cards on the bottom navigation.
– On the Card Center, select the Credit Card menu, then tap the three dots on the top right of the d-Card or s-Card you want to enable.
– Select Transaction Settings.
– Enable the settings as you need, then tap Save.
– The d-Card or s-Card Transaction settings have been successfully enabled.
– Tap Cards on the bottom navigation.
– On the Card Center, select the Credit Card menu, then tap the three dots on the top right of the d-Card or s-Card you want to disable.
– Select Transaction Settings.
– Disable the settings as you need, then tap Save.
– The d-Card or s-Card Transaction settings have been successfully disabled.
Jenius Credit Card Transaction can only be managed by d-Card holders.
All existing Jenius users who already has an active d-Card (Main Credit Card).
If you apply for s-Card for other Jenius users, you just need to input their $Cashtag.
‘To apply for an s-Card (Supplementary Credit Card), you must be at least 17 years old and meet all applicable credit requirements as determined by Jenius.
s-Card (Supplementary Credit Card) can be given to:
1. Other Jenius users
2. Non Jenius users
3. Yourself
