Permanent blocking is suitable when your Jenius Credit Card is stucked in an ATM machine, lost, stolen, or damaged. If you choose permanent block, a new card will be sent to your address. If your card is lost or stolen, you will be sent a new card with a different card number. If your card is damaged, you will be sent a new card with the same card number. You will be charged a card replacement fee for new card requests.

The option to enable and disable transaction settings is in your hand. You can manage transaction settings as needed, it can be one of them, two settings, or all three.

If you activate the features, d-Card and s-Card can be used for transactions whose settings have been activated. On the other hand, if the setting is disabled, d-Card and s-Card cannot be used for the three transactions above.

– Give a check mark as approval, then tap Send.
– Input your Jenius password, then tap Send.
– You have successfully requested an s-Card to be given to a Jenius user.
Make sure the s-Card holder allows the process to continue from his/her app.

How do I request an s-Card for non Jenius user?

– Open the Jenius app, then tap Cards on the bottom navigation.
– On the Card Center, tap the Credit Card menu, then tap Add s-Card.
– Select No, then tap Next.
– Select Take KTP Photo.
– Take KTP photo with your phone camera.
– Make sure you are taking a clear and readable KTP photo then tap Confirm.
– Review and make sure all information is correct then input mobile number, email address, relationship with you, then tap Next.
– Select the card design, specify the name to be displayed on the card, specify the spending limit and single purchase limit, confirm the delivery address, then tap Send.
– Give a check mark as approval, then tap Send.
– Input your Jenius password, then tap Send.
– You have successfully requested an s-Card.
Make sure the s-Card holder allows the process to continue from his/her app.
