Jenius personal account is used to manage your personal finance. But now, Jenius offers a solution for business owners to have a separated business account but can still manage both their personal and business finances directly from one application.
Jenius users who own a business can have two accounts to manage personal and business finances separately from one application. They can also send money easily for business inquiries, make a transaction directly from the business account, and have a separated transaction history. All from one app.
To have a business account you must first have a personal Jenius account, since the data from your personal account will be used to make a business account.
Below are a few options to add balance to your business account:
1. Select Send to Business Account in Send It menu from personal account
2. Transfer from other banks, input BTPN’s bank code (213) and input the account number of your business account. The account number of your business account can be checked in Jenius app, on the profile menu in business section
3. Deposit cash through the nearest Jenius Live
4. Deposit cash through tellers in BTPN Sinaya or Purna Bakti branch offices. The locations can be viewed here.
Transactions to other banks or other external vendors will use up the monthly free transaction quota on your personal account. The free transaction quota on your personal account will be applied to both the personal and business account. The number of free transactions will be determined by the combined average balance of your personal and business account. But otherwise, internal transactions such as transferring balance from personal to business account or vice versa; as well as sending money to other Jenius accounts will not be charged, and will not use up the free transaction quota.
The business account has a non-physical m-Card for ease of online transactions without credit card at all Visa merchants. m-Card for the business account will automatically be connected with Active Balance of the business account.
You can send money between your personal and business account through a specific/dedicated menu in Send It, which can be done through these steps:
1. Select Send It
2. Select Send to Personal
3. Input the amount of money you want to send, and select Next
4. Check the transaction information before tapping Send Money
No, you cannot. If you want to withdraw money from your business account balance, you need to first send the money to your personal account, then withdraw the money from your personal account debit card.
Jenius Contacts in the personal account is not connected with the contacts in business account, therefore you have to re-add the contacts in the business account
You can view your account number of your business account in the Profile & Settings menu on Profile
Yes, the e-statement of the personal and business account is separated. You can access them through Profile & Settings menu of each account.
No, the email and password registered in your personal account will also be used for your business account
No, your business account must have a different $Cashtag. The requirements in making a $Cashtag are:

2. Maximum of 35 characters

1. Choose Send It.
2. Choose Bills.
3. Then choose Mobile Top Up.
4. Choose your provider.
5. Input you mobile phone number and choose the amount you want to top up.

7. Make sure your mobile phone number and the amount are correct, then tap Pay Now.

If you have free transactions quota (Awards) from your personal account, then you will not be charged for the interbank transfers. Although, it is important to take into consideration that the free transaction quota is applied for both the personal and business account. The free transaction quota itself will be calculated based on the combined average balance of your personal and business account.
If you are doing transfers through SKN, then you will be charged IDR3,500,- per transaction.
iI you are doing transfers through RTGS, then you will be charged IDR25,000,- per transaction.
Debit transactions in e-commerce with the virtual m-Card from the business account will not be charged any fees
The transaction limit of your business account will follow the limit of your personal account, where the transaction limit is the combined total of your personal and business account. You can also adjust the maximum transaction limit in your business account. You can change/lower the limit from Card Center menu on the business account section.
