Another example: if you have Rp5 million in Creditability and only own Jenius Paylater and Flexi Cash, you can allocate Rp500,000 to Jenius Paylater and Rp3 million to Flexi Cash. In this case, there is Rp1.5 million unallocated from your Creditability.
You are free to allocate your Creditability as needed. You can adjust the allocation amount as long as it adheres to the limits of each product. If there is a limit adjustment at the end of the month, the adjusted credit product limit will be saved back to Creditability and you can reallocate it.

- Creditbility allocation can only be done if your credit facility is not blocked and your payment performance is in “Current” status. If you still have unpaid bills, make payment immediately so you can reallocate your Creditbility.
- For Jenius Paylater, Creditbility allocation can only be done if you have not made any transactions in the current month. You can change the Jenius Paylater limit again after making full payment for obligations arising from transactions made in the previous month.
- The minimum increment for Creditbility allocation is Rp100,000.
I still have unallocated Creditbility, but I can’t allocate it. What should I do?
Here are some possible reasons you might not be able to allocate Creditbility:
- Outstanding payments. If there is an unpaid bill, settle the payment first because allocation cannot be done if your credit product is blocked.
- Jenius Credit Card limit cap. The maximum limit of your Jenius Credit Card may be smaller than your Creditbility value. Make sure the allocation matches the allowed limit, which can be seen during the allocation process.
- Other technical conditions. If the above conditions don’t match your situation, wait a while and try again. If it still doesn’t work, contact SMBCI Care at 1500 365 for further checking.

What are the terms for adjusting the Jenius Credit Card limit?
Your Jenius Credit Card limit will change if you meet all these criteria:
- Your Jenius Credit Card facility has been active for 90 days or more since your first activation.
- Your Jenius Credit Card facility limit is ≥ Rp10 million.
- The average usage/outstanding from your credit card limit over the last 3 months is less than or equal to 50% of the total limit.
If you meet the above criteria, then your remaining Jenius Credit Card limit will be reduced as follows:
a. If the average usage of your Jenius Credit Card limit over the last 3 months is Rp0, then your credit card limit will be reduced to Rp10 million.
b. If the average usage over the last 3 months is greater than Rp0 and less than or equal to 50%, then your remaining Jenius Credit Card limit will be cut by 50% or reduced to Rp10 million, whichever is greater.
But don’t worry, Jenius Credit Card limits that are adjusted will be stored in Creditbility and can still be reallocated anytime according to your needs.
