Yes. Jenius will send you reminders via email and push notifications with the following details:
– Reminders via e-mail will be sent 3 days before the repayment period and on the 1st of each month.
– Reminders via push notification will be sent 1 day before the repayment period, on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th of each month.
You will not receive e-mail and push notification reminders after you made a repayment.
However, the autodebit process will be carried out automatically from the Active Balance if you have not made a payment during the bill payment period.
You cannot make payments after 15.00 WIB because after the bill payment period ends, the system will process the payment automatically to the Active Balance. You just need to make sure your Active Balance is sufficient to avoid late fees.
– Late fees of Rp1.000/day will start being charged on the 6th of the next month.
– You will no longer be able to make QR transactions using Jenius Paylater as a source of funds until your overdue bill is paid.
