How much is Flexi Cash interest rate?

The interest rate is start from 1.90%. Each person will be charged a different interest for a loan on the Flexi Cash menu depending on the risk profile of each customer.

What are the requirements to get the Flexi Cash offer?

– Have an active Jenius account.
– Indonesian citizen (WNI).
– Aged between 21- to 60-year-old when applying for the offer.
– Living within the area covered by Jenius service.
– Not included in BI Blacklist (DHN), List of Suspected Terrorists and Terrorist Organizations (DTTOT), Negative List Bank and AML List, and Bank Internal Blacklist.

What happen if I get a Flexi Cash offer but don’t apply?

There is no difference whatsoever. The Flexi Cash offer will still be available as long as your Jenius account is active and your credit score (BI checking) doesn’t decrease.

Can I apply for Flexi Cash from Jenius app?

Yes. All Jenius users can apply for Flexi Cash via Jenius App.

How can I apply for Flexi Cash?

If my application got accepted, can I use Flexi Cash right away?

Not yet. You need to activate Flexi Cash first to be able to withdraw funds.

My Flexi Cash application has been approved, what will happen if I don’t activate it?

After approval, your Flexi Cash offer is valid for 3 months.

If you do not activate within 3 months after approval, your Flexi Cash offer will be cancelled. You can reapply after 3 months from your previous application decision.

Can I cancel my Flexi Cash application that has been approved? How?

Is the Flexi Cash be withdrawn automatically after activation?

No. Flexi Cash withdrawals to Active Balance can only be made if you make a new loan.

Is activation automatically making the first withdrawal?

Yes, the first withdrawal needs to be made for activation. The withdrawal nominal and tenor can be chosen to get the first withdrawal promo.

No. Flexi Cash can only be used after you activate it.

What is Flexi Cash validity period and what are the conditions?

Flexi Cash validity period is the period where you can use Flexi Cash facility and is valid for 36 months from the activation date of your Flexi Cash. This validity period can be extended for another 36 months if you meet the bank’s internal requirements. Make sure your Flexi Cash payment is on time so you can continue using Flexi Cash.

Who decides the amount of my Flexi Cash limit?

The Bank will decide your limit based on the assessment of the Financial Information Service System from the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK).

Can I increase my Flexi Cash limit? If yes, how?

Increase limit is determined regularly every month. If you meet the criteria, you will automatically get a limit increased without the need to submit.

Can I use all of my Flexi Cash limits without splitting them with a Jenius Credit Card? If possible, how?

Yes.

If you don’t need a Jenius Credit Card, you don’t need to activate the credit card.

If you already have a Jenius Credit Card simply allocate your entire credit limit for Flexi Cash.

Why did my Flexi Cash limit suddenly change?

Your Flexi Cash limit is adjusted based on bank’s internal assessment. The changes to your limit can be seen in the Flexi Cash menu on your Jenius application. Keep using your Flexi Cash to get the opportunity to increase your limit in the future.

How to withdraw money from Flexi Cash?

You can withdraw money from Flexi Cash by making a new loan.

How do I make a new loan to withdraw money from Flexi Cash?

– Tap Wealth on the bottom navigation.
– Tap Credit, then tap Make New Withdrawal.
– Input the withdrawal amount, the purpose of loan, add photos, then select Next.

How do I get an OTP when making a Flexi Cash withdrawal for the first time?

OTP will be sent by the system via SMS. You need to input OTP to continue the Flexi Cash withdrawal process.

Is OTP always required for every Flexi Cash withdrawals?

No. OTP is only needed if you have just activated and made a Flexi Cash withdrawal for the first time. OTP will not be needed on your second withdrawal and so on.

How many loans can I create?

The maximum of active loans that you can make is in accordance with the Credit Limit loaned by the bank.

What is the Flexi Cash withdrawal limit?

– Minimum withdrawal limit: IDR 500,000.
– Maximum withdrawal limit: the remaining Flexi Cash limit.

What is the maximum loan tenure I can choose?

You can choose up to 60 months tenure.
The longer the tenor, the cheaper the monthly installments.

Based on bank policies, the minimum nominal installment per month is Rp. 75,000.

Example: If your withdrawal amount is IDR 500,000, the choice of tenor for you is only up to 6 months with an estimated installment before interest in the amount of IDR 83,333.

You can’t choose a tenor over 6 months because the nominal installments per month will be less than Rp. 75,000.

If I don’t input the purpose section on my loan, what is the name on the loan?

LOAN(xxx). The information in brackets adjusts the order of the loan amount you have made.

Can I change the Flexi Cash loan name? If possible, how?

No. You cannot change the Flexi Cash loan name.

How do I add a photo when I make a loan?

– Tap Wealth on the bottom navigation.
– Tap Credit, then tap Make New Withdrawal.
– Input the withdrawal amount, the purpose of loan, tap the camera icon, then tap Select from gallery.
– Select a suitable photo.
– Continue the process by tapping Next.
– Choose the desired tenor, then tap Next.
– Review the confirmation page, then tap Withdraw.
– Input your Jenius password, then tap submit.
– You have successfully made a new loan!

Can I change my Flexi Cash loan photo? If possible, how?

No. You cannot change the photo on the Flexi Cash loan.

Can I change the existing Flexi Cash tenor?

No. You cannot change the current Flexi Cash tenor.

Do I have to make a Flexi Cash withdrawal all at once?

No. You can make multiple withdrawals as long as the Flexi Cash limit is available.

Can I withdraw all the money in my Flexi Cash?

Yes. You can withdraw all the money based on your Flexi Cash limit in one loan.

I made a second Flexi Cash loan, why is first installment different from the second and subsequent loan installments?

Because there is a difference in the number of days on the first and second loans.

Is the Flexi Cash transaction history recorded in In & Out and Moneytory section?

Only Flexi Cash installment payments are recorded in In & Out and Moneytory.

What is the Flexi Cash due date?

The date on which you have to pay your Flexi Cash bill.

How does Jenius determine the due date?

The due date is determined based on the date you make your first loan disbursement. For example, if you make your first disbursement on 10 August 2024, then your due date will be the 10th of each month, with the first due date on 10 September 2024.

If the first disbursement is made between the date of 26-4, then your payment due date is 40 days after the disbursement is made. For example, if you make your first disbursement on 27 August 2024, then your first due date will be at 6 October 2024 (40 days from 27 August 2024) and your due date is the 6th of every month.

Where can I find due date information?

If you have never made a loan, the due date is set based on the date you made the first loan.

If you have made a loan before, you can see the due date information in the following way:
– On the bottom navigation, tap Wealth.
– Tap Credit, scroll to Flexi Cash widget.
– See the due date information at the bottom of your smartphone screen.

I currently have two different loans, but why does both of them have the same due date?

It’s because the due date is set from the date you first disbursing the loan. If the two loans start at different times, then the second and subsequent loan maturity dates will due on the same date as the first loan maturity date.

I withdrew my second loan on Flexi Cash, why is the second loan due date is different from the date of my withdrawal?

The due date of the installments will always be the same or adjusted to your first installment due date.

Example: if you take the first Flexi Cash loan on November 9, then you take the second loan on November 15, then the due date for the loan you took on November 15 will also fall on December 9.

I took the second loan from Flexi Cash on the date that close to the first loan due date, when is the second installment payment for the second loan will due?

If you make a new loan disbursement below 15 days from the nearest due date, the first payment for the second loan will be due in the next period.

For example, if you make your first loan disbursement on 7 August 2024 (due every 7th) and then you make a second loan disbursement on 5 September 2024, then the first payment for the second loan will be due on 7 October 2024.

What happens if my due date coincides with a holiday?

Flexi Cash bill payments are still made on the due date even though it coincides with a holiday.

If the Flexi Cash withdrawal is made on the 31st, when is the due date for payment each month?

If the withdrawal is made between the 26-4, then the first payment will be due in the next 40 days.

If my due date is the 31st, when is the due date for the second loan and so on?

Due date will not occur between 26-4 each month. The due date for the second loan and so on will be the same as the first loan.

What will happen if my Active Balance fund is only enough to pay half of the installment on due date and I haven’t deposited enough fund to pay the rest of the installment on the next day?

The fund in your Active Balance will still automatically be debitted on due date. However, if you haven’t deposited enough fund on the next day, your Active Balance will show the hold amount you need to pay, which is the rest of the installment and the penalty incurred to you. You are expected to pay your installment based on that hold amount.

When do I have to make an installment payment?

Flexi Cash payments are made on the due date.

Will I get a notification or reminder when it’s already approaching the due date?

Yes, you will receive notifications on your smartphone 5 days prior, 3 days prior, a day before and when your installments are due.

I have made a payment but I am still being contacted by the Collection Team

You can request not to be called by the Collection Team through Jenius Help after you make repayment. Make sure to attach a screenshot of the application showing that all your bills have been successfully debited.

How do I make an installment payment?

Flexi Cash payments are done automatically by withdrawing money in your Active Balance. Make sure you prepare a number of bills that must be paid before 19.00 WIB on the due date.

Note:
– If your Active Balance is insufficient before 7:00 PM WIB, a late fee of the predetermined amount will be immediately applied.
– If the balance is insufficient to pay the bill, another debit will be made until the bill is fully paid, another debit will be made starting at 19.00 WIB on the following day.
– Ensure the feesible are paid to avoid underpayment of Flexicash.

Why is there a “”hold amount”” even though the balance hasn’t been deducted for Flexi Cash payment?

Hold amount occur because you have a Flexi Cash bill that will or already due.

Regarding the hold amount, the balance withdrawal process for Flexi Cash payment is carried out in several steps:

1. Provide balance according to the billing amount in the Active Balance before 19.00 WIB on the due date.
2. An amount equal to or less than the bill will be held by the Jenius system.
3. Jenius will make a debit according to the hold amount starting from 19.00 WIB until finished.
4. Payment status will be updated on the in & out page and Flexi Cash menu in your Jenius application the following day.

What if I have provided the funds but the debit/payment hasn’t been made and the bill is still showing?

Don’t worry, if you have provided a balance equal to the bill amount before 7:00 PM WIB on the due date, you will not be penalized for the delay.

Jenius will debit the balance according to the billing amount starting at 19.00 WIB until finished. Payment status will be updated on the in & out page and Flexi Cash menu in your Jenius application the following day.

How do I see the Flexi Cash payment amount for the next month?

– On the bottom navigation, select Wealth.
– Select Credit, see the Flexi Cash widget.
– The total installment payment for the next month is available on the Flexi Cash widget.

Can I make a payment by doing a money transfer from other bank?

No. Flexi Cash payments can only be made by withdrawing money from your Active Balance.

Can the installment payments be made at the nearest PT Bank BTPN Tbk. branch office (Sinaya/Purna Bakti)?

No. You can only make a deposit to your Active Balance through the nearest PT Bank BTPN Tbk. branch office, but you can’t make a deposit directly to the loan account.

What if I forgot to move my money from Flexi Saver to Active Balance, can it still be withdrawn directly for Flexi Cash installments?

No. You have to transfer money in Flexi Saver to Active Balance. Flexi Cash payments can only be made using money in your Active Balance.

I have 2 loans that are running and have passed the due date. If my Active Balance is only enough to pay for one of the loans, which loan will withdraw money from my Active Balance?

The first loan to be paid is the first loan taken.

My Active Balance has been deducted, why is there no Flexi Cash payment information on the In & Out?

Flexi Cash payments are made automatically on the due date by withdrawing money from the Active Balance and settlement occurs at the end of the day. During the payment process, the Active Balance debit has not been displayed on In & Out and the Flexi Cash bill will appear unpaid.

After successful payment settlement at the end of the day, Flexi Cash payment status will change and payment information will be available in In & Out.

If within 2 x 24 hours Flexi Cash payment information is not yet available in In & Out, please contact Jenius Help at 1500 365.

Can the due date or installment period for Flexi Cash be changed?

No, the due date (payment date) and the installment period for your Flexi Cash loan cannot be changed.

Can I make an early payment for Flexi Cash?

Yes. Follow these steps to make an early payment for Flexi Cash:

1. On the bottom navigation, select Wealth.
2. Select Credit, scroll to the Flexi Cash section, then choose the loan you want to pay off early or select loan history to view all active loans.
3. Select Pay Early.
4. Enter the payment amount, then select Continue.
5. On the confirmation page, note that you will be charged a fee of Rp 100,000 per early payment. Then, select Pay Installment.
6. Enter your Jenius password, then select Submit.

How many times can I make an early repayment for Flexi Cash?

You can make an early repayment for Flexi Cash once per installment payment cycle with a fee of Rp 100,000.

For example, if your due date is the 20th of every month and you have made an early payment on July 15, 2024, you can make another early payment after July 20, 2024.

What is the minimum and maximum amount for early Flexi Cash payments?

– The minimum amount for an early payment is the sum of one installment + IDR1, and an early payment fee of IDR100,000 is applied.
The maximum amount for an early payment is the remaining unpaid loan balance.

If I make an early payment, how will the next installment in the following months be adjusted?

The schedule for the next months will be automatically adjusted based on the payment you’ve made. The tenure reduction is also possible depends on the amount of your early payment.

Why can’t I make an early payment?

Some reasons why you cannot make an early payment are:
1. Early payment cannot be made at due date from 19:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m (Western Indonesian Time).
2. You have made an early payment in that month.
3. You still have an unpaid installment.
4. The amount in your Active Balance is not enough to pay monthly installments.
5. You have not passed the first month payment period.
6. You are in the last month of your installment payments.

What happened if I miss a due date in one of my Jenius loan payments?

Late payment on one of your Jenius loan products (Jenius Paylater, Flexi Cash, or Credit Card) will freeze all your loan facilities. Solve this issue by making a payment that passes due to being able to reuse your loan facilities again.

What happens if I do not pay my Flexi Cash repayment for 60 days onwards?

Your Flexi Cash will be permanently blocked. In this situation, you can still make payments, but your Flexi Cash and other credit products from Jenius (if any) will no longer be available for withdrawals or transactions.

is there a fee for flexi cash early payment?

Effective on July 19th 2023, any Flexi Cash early payment will be charged a fee of IDR 100,000. This Flexi Cash early payment fee will be deducted from customer’s Active Balance.

“18. When is the late fee charged?

The late fee will be charged if the Active Balance is insufficient before 7:00 PM WIB on the due date.

The penalty will be as follows:
– Penalty fee for 1 day delay is IDR 50,000.-
– Penalty fee of 30 days delay is IDR 75,000.-
– Penalty fee for 60 days delay is IDR 150,000.-
– Penalty fee for 90 days delay or more is IDR 175,000.-
Penalty fees will be accumulated with the fees that have been charged previously.”

Payment will be made via debit to your Active Balance starting from 19.00 WIB until finished. In & out and payment status will be updated on the next day.

I have 2 ongoing loans that have passed the due date. If my Active Balance is only sufficient to pay one loan, which loan will be paid first?

Your Active Balance will be debited according to the payment order (i.e. penalty, interest, principal) or according to the applicable internal Bank regulations.

What penalty will I incur if I have an installment past the due date?

The penalty will incur one day after due date with details as follow:
First month (one day after due date): IDR50,000
Second month (30 days after due date): IDR75,000
Third month (60 days after due date): IDR150,000
Fourth month (90 days after due date): IDR 175,000

30 days late fees and after will be accumulated with the cost of delays that have been previously charged. There is no additional interest for late payments.

Do I have to pay a fine if I make an early payment?

No, you will not be fined. You will even get a profit and only need to pay the monthly installments if you make an early payment with a payment of more than 1 month.

How do I pay penalties and installments that are missed for more than 6 months or 180 days?

For settlement of missed penalty and installment payments, please contact Jenius at 021-25567000 ext. 11360 or 12427.

What is the interest rate for borrowing money (cash advance) from Flexi Cash?

The interest rate is start from 1.90%. Each person will be charged a different interest for a loan on the Flexi Cash menu depending on the risk profile of each customer.

What is an interest outstanding?

Interest outstanding is the amount of interest you need to pay every month based on the tenure that you have already decided.

What if bank fails to withdraw the money, will I still be charged with the interest?

Yes, customers will automatically be charged with the interest when a debit failure occurs. Customers are advised to report to Jenius Help at 1500 365, if there is any debit failures in their Flexi Cash feature.

If the date of my second loan collection is not the same as my first loan, how is the interest calculation for the second loan at the due date?

Flexi Cash interest uses current interest.
For example: If you make the first loan withdrawal on November 15, then you make a second loan withdrawal on December 9, the due date of your loan payments will fall on January 15. Then the amount of interest to be paid on January 15 will be counted for 36 days.

Will I immediately be charged with interest when I successfully activate my Flexi Cash?
