What is a Sinaya Prioritas?

Sinaya Prioritas is a priority banking service specifically intended for individuals who have a total balance of IDR 500,000,000 and above, placed in BTPN. Priority customers will get more privileges in terms of products and services compared to regular customers.

What are the benefits of being a Sinaya Prioritas?

You will have the privilege of accessing the portfolio widget to have the overview of your financial portfolio in BTPN (on & off-balance sheet). Outside Jenius app, you will get better transaction benefits on top of what you currently get in Jenius, such as free overseas ATM withdrawal if you’re using IDR as your source of account, free interbank transfers via ATM (Bersama/Prima), dedicated Relationship Managers, exclusive access to Sinaya Prioritas Lounge, reward points which can be redeemed into vouchers via Sinaya Gift app, and out-of-branch services.

How can I become a Sinaya Prioritas user?

To be a Sinaya Prioritas user, you must have and maintain a minimum total balance of IDR 500,000,000 or above and receive upgrade offer via Jenius app. You should complete the upgrade process to enjoy the Sinaya Prioritas feature.

Is it possible to lose my Sinaya Prioritas status?

Yes, it is possible to lose your Sinaya Prioritas service if your Relationship Balance is below the required amount (less than IDR 500,000,000) for 6 consecutive months. BTPN reserves the discretion to remove access to Sinaya Prioritas service.

Will I get a new card for my Sinaya Prioritas?

Yes, you will get a virtual card to identify your Sinaya Prioritas status which is available on your Jenius app.

Can I use this card to make transactions?

No. You can show your Sinaya Priority Card at the Sinaya branch office to get privileges, such as enjoying our services without queuing.

What can I expect from my Portfolio View widget?

You will see a portfolio of your total wealth grouped into 3 sections:
1. Total Balance, which consists of all active balances in all currencies, all Jenius Debit Cards and all savings (Flexi Saver, Dream Saver, as well as Jenius and Sinaya term deposits) that you have.
2. Investment, which consists of all Mutual Funds and Bancassurance products that you have.
3. Loans, which consists of the loans in Flexi Cash that you currently have.

Why can’t I see my Term Deposit/Mutual Fund/Bancassurance in Jenius app? (For Sinaya Customer)

Please contact your Relationship Manager to link your existing account to the Jenius app.

Do I have to create a new account to enjoy the Sinaya Prioritas service?

No, you can simply use your active Jenius account to enjoy Sinaya Prioritas services. If you don’t have one, please contact your RM to help you.

Do I get a different bank statement?

You will get 2 different statements. Besides the e-statement that you can download directly through Jenius app, you will also get an Account Consolidation Report (LKR) that will be sent to your e-mail every month. Account Consolidation Report (LKR) contains a complete report of all accounts that you have at BTPN (not only Jenius).

Do I need to fill any forms?

Yes, you need to fill a registration form in Jenius app or you can contact your Relationship Manager to schedule a face-to-face meeting to help you with the required form.

Do I get a different interest rate compared to other Jenius users?

You may be eligible to obtain a different rate for certain products. Please discuss this with your Relationship Manager.

Will there be a fee to enjoy Sinaya Prioritas service?

No, the service itself is free as long as you maintain your minimum balance required.

How much is the transfer fee when I run out of my free quota?

If you do interbank transfer through Real Time Online System, you will be charged IDR 5,000 per transaction.

If you do cash withdrawal using Prima/Bersama network, you will be charged IDR 7,500 per transaction.

If you do overseas cash withdrawal using Visa network, you will be charged IDR 25,000 per transaction if you are using IDR as your source of account.

What is the transaction limit for Sinaya Prioritas?

Get the maximum limit up to IDR 600,000,000 per day to do interbank transfer, with various transaction limit allocation as follow:

If you do interbank transfer through Real Time Online System, your maximum limit is IDR 50,000,000 per transaction or IDR 100,000,000 per day.

If you do interbank transfer through SKN/RTGS, your maximum limit is IDR 500,000,000 per transaction per day.

How does Jenius determine my installment due date?

The due date is determined during the date which you took out the loan.

There are some exceptions to determining the due date, these are the following example:
– If you take a second loan less than 15 days from the date of the first loan, then the first installment payment for the second loan will mature on the next payment date.
– If you take a second loan more than 15 days from the maturity date of the first loan, then the first installment payment for the second loan will mature on the nearest due date.

I currently have two different loans, but why does both of them have the same due date?

It’s because the due date is set from the date you first disbursing the loan. If the two loans start at different times, then the second and subsequent loan maturity dates will due on the same date as the first loan maturity date. An ongoing interest will be applied, for loans that are withdrawn less or more than 30 days from the maturity date.

Will I get a notification or reminder when it’s already approaching the due date?

Yes, you will receive notifications on your smartphone 5 days prior, 3 days prior, a day before and when your installments are due.

I withdrawed my second loan on Flexi Cash, why is the second loan due date is different from the date of my withdrawal?

The due date of the installments will always be the same or adjusted to your first installment due date.
Example: if you take the first Flexi Cash loan on November 9, then you take the second loan on November 15, then the due date for the loan you took on November 15 will also fall on December 9.

I took the second loan from Flexi Cash on the date that close to the first loan due date, when is the second installment payment for the second loan will due?

When you took a loan less than 15 days from the date of the first loan, the first installment payment for the second loan will due in the next 2 months.

For example: if you take your first loan on November 9, then the second loan on November 24 (less than 15 days from the first due date), then the payment for your second loan installment will be withdrawn on January 9.

What will happen if my Active Balance fund is only enough to pay half of the installment on the due date and I haven’t deposited enough fund to pay the rest of the installment on the next day?

The fund in your Active Balance will still automatically be debited on due date. However, if you haven’t deposited enough fund on the next day, your Active Balance will show the hold amount you need to pay, which is the rest of the installment and the penalty incurred to you. You are expected to pay your installment based on that hold amount.

On the due date, when will my money be drawn to Flexi Cash?

Payment of installments on the due date will be withdrawn at the end of each day.
Make sure your first loan details are correct and Active Balance is sufficient on the same date for monthly payments.

If the due date falls on a holiday, will the loan payment be made on that day or the previous/next day?

Debiting will still be done on your due date even though the date falls on a holiday.

If the due date falls on 31st, what date will the installment be drawn in the next month?

If the loan withdrawal date falls on the 26th to the 4th of the following month, then the due date will be added 40 days from the date of the withdrawal of the loan. If the loan withdrawal is made on the 5th to 25th, the due date will be the same as the first loan withdrawal date.

What penalty will I incur if I have an installment past the due date?

The penalty will incur one day after due date with details as follow:
First month (one day after due date): IDR50,000
Second month (30 days after due date): IDR75,000
Third month (60 days after due date): IDR150,000
Fourth month (90 days after due date): IDR 175,000

Note:
– Late fees 30 days and thereafter, will be accumulated with the costs of delays that have been previously charged.
– Penalty applies to any late payment of the loan (example: you passed the payment on the due date of the first loan for the first installment which will be subject to a penalty fee of IDR 50,000, then you also missed the payment of the second loan for the first installment which will be charged a penalty of IDR 50,000 also.
– The penalty fee will be automatically withdrawn when there is a balance in your Active Balance.
– There is no additional interest for late payment.

Do I have to pay a fine if I make an early payment?

No, you will not be fined. You will even get a profit and only need to pay the monthly installments if you make an early payment with a payment of more than 1 month.

How do I pay penalties and installments that overdue more than 6 months or 180 days?

To settle your penalties and overdue installments, please contact Jenius at 021-25567000 ext. 11360 or 12427.

How do I see my loan list?

1. Choose Flexi Cash.
2. Then choose Loans.

Where can I see my Flexi Cash receipts?

The receipt of Flexi Cash’ withdraw and loan payment can be viewed through the In & Out feature.

How do I see a list of loans that have been paid off?

1. Choose Flexi Cash.
2. Then choose Loans.
3. Tap Show loan history toggle.

Can I change the photo in the ongoing loan details?

No. The photo on loan details cannot be changed.

Is the Flexi Cash offer only available for Jenius users?

No. For customers who don’t have a Jenius account, you can apply for Flexi Cash through Jenius/Bank BTPN’s official partners or representatives.
Jenius representatives will contact customers directly. Even so, be aware of frauds that ask for personal data such as PINs, passwords, OTP codes, information on your Jenius Debit Cards, and others personal data, because Jenius never asks for such data and the same data is not required to get the Flexi Cash offer.

How long is the validity period of my Flexi Cash credit facility?

The validity period of the credit facility from Flexi Cash is 3 years from the date of facility activation. The Bank regularly does a review process one month before the expiration date of the Flexi Cash credit facility to determine whether the extension of the facility will be granted or not, and will inform you once the review process is done. .

What should I do in the process of extending the Flexi Cash credit facility?

Please regularly check the Flexi Cash menu on the Jenius application to find out the status of the extension of your Flexi Cash credit facility. The extension process will be carried out automatically through the system after a periodic review process by the Bank, and will only be granted if you have a good credit history while actively using the Flexi Cash. After the extension process is granted, you will receive a notification regarding the extension of the facility through Jenius official communication channels, including push notification and e-mail.

If my credit facility is not extended, will I be informed about this?

Yes, if your credit facility is not extended, you will receive a notification through Jenius official communication channels including push notification and e-mail.

Why is my credit facility not being extended?

The Bank regularly carries out a review process to determine whether the extension of the facility will be granted or not. The credit facility extension is only granted if you are actively using Flexi Cash and have a good credit history in the Financial Information Service System Report (SLIK).

You can use Split Pay with one of these methods:

  1. Choose Split Pay in the transaction success screen that will appear after you’ve successfully made a transaction.
  2. Choose Split Pay in your transaction details page in In & Out.
  • In the transaction success screen that appears after your transaction is successful, select Split Pay.
  • Make sure your transaction details are correct, then click Next.
  • Adjust the installment tenor, then select Next.
  • Double check all the information, then proceed with Withdraw.
  • Enter your Jenius password.
  • You have successfully changed the transaction into installments!
  • Go to the In & Out page and find the Installment Available label from the existing list.
  • Select the transaction you want to change to installments.
    On the transaction details page, select Split Pay.
  • Make sure your transaction details are correct, then click Next.
  • Adjust the installment tenor, then select Next.
  • Double check all the information, then proceed with Withdraw.
  • Enter your Jenius password.
  • You have successfully changed the transaction into installments!

Yes! You can also change your offline m-Card or Jenius QR transactions to installment with Split Pay. You can even change your ATM cash withdrawal to installment with Split Pay.

Yes! Split Pay is available for transactions that occurred within the past 6 months. You can see the complete transaction list in the In & Out page.
