One Jenius account is all you need to manage all your banking activities.

Active Balance

Everytime you fund your Jenius account, the funds automatically get saved into your Active Balance, which you can use immediately for any transactions such as cash withdrawals, money transfers or online/offline transactions.

You can also transfer your funds from your Active Balance to your Jenius Debit Cards or to your Save It savings account.

In Jenius, you can have up to three different debit cards. Check and manage all your Jenius Debit Cards by clicking here. You can also set the parameters of your debit cards such as setting the transaction limit, block/unblock any or all the cards remotely, or changing the card’s PIN number.

Create and manage your own savings and term deposits with up to 4.5% p.a., anytime you want.

There are multiple ways for you to deposit money into your Jenius account:

1. Money transfer through the Jenius TCR machines located at BTPN Tower and Kota Kasablanka Mall.

2. Money transfer through the nearest Jenius Live.

3. Money transfer through tellers in BTPN Sinaya and Purna Bakti branch offices. The locations of each branch office can be seen here.

4. Transfer from another bank. Simply input the BTPN bank code (213) and your Jenius account number or your registered mobile phone number (find the instructions below). In case you forgot, your Jenius account number and your registered mobile number can be found in the profile menu in your Jenius app.

You can view your Jenius account number through the Profile & Settings menu on the Profile tab inside your Jenius app.

No. Jenius doesn’t provide a passbook saving. However, Jenius provides you with e-Statement every month that can be easily accessed and downloaded from your Profile & Settings menu on the Profile tab inside your Jenius app.

Yes. You can use your Jenius app and Jenius Debit Cards abroad because Jenius is part of the Visa network.

Flexi Saver can be used as your emergency funds. As the name suggests, the Flexi Saver provides you with flexibility, allowing you to withdraw and deposit money anytime you need.

Dream Saver can be used for specific goals which you want to achieve in a certain timeframe. It automatically calculates and saves money for you.

Maxi Saver is a term deposit and is used for long-term savings.
